 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.

 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..

 3.1) THE BASIC WIND SPEED, VU, SHALL BE DETERMINED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH 1609.3.1 & ASCE 7-10 THE 170 MPH VULT
 IS PROVIDED.
  
 3.2) NOT PROVIDED, AN IMPORTANCE FACTOR, FIGURE 1609
 A-C, ASCE 7-10.
  
 3.3) NOT PROVIDED. AN EXPOSURE CATEGORY SHALL BE
 DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH 1609.4 & ASCE 7-10
  
 3.4) NOT PROVIDED. A HEIGHT AND EXPOSURE ADJUSTMENT
 COEFFICIENT, * SHALL BE DETERMINED FROM TABLE 1609.7.2.

 TO BE MULTIPLIED BY 0.6 FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE WIND
 LOAD RESISTANCE TESTING.
  
 4) SHEET 3 OF 3 DOES NOT SHOW IN DETAIL CUT SECTION OF
 PARAPET THE FASTENING SCHEDULE FOR EITHER THE ROCK
 BOARD, THE 5/8 INCH PLYWOOD, NOR THE METAL STUD TO THE
 EXISTING PIERS.
 THE PLANS ALSO INDICATE THE USE OF WIRE LATH OVER THE
 ROCK BOARD BUT NO MENTION OF THE TYPE OF WIRE LATH NOR
 THE GAUGE OF THE WIRE LATH NOR THE FASTENING SCHEDULE,
 SPACING OR TYPE OF FASTENER TO BE USED.
 2010 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION, 107.2.1 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL
 BE
 DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHALL
 CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE,
 AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS
 ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES.
  
 5) THE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE THE TRANSITION FROM THE
 ROOF DECK TO PARAPET PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH :
 107.2.1.2 FOR ROOF ASSEMBLIES REQUIRED BY THE CODE, THE
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL ILLUSTRATE, DESCRIBE AND
 DELINEATE THE TYPE OF ROOFING SYSTEM, MATERIALS,
 FASTENING REQUIREMENTS, FLASHING REQUIREMENTS AND WIND
 RESISTANCE RATING THAT ARE REQUIRED TO BE INSTALLED.
 PRODUCT EVALUATION AND INSTALLATION SHALL INDICATE
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE WIND CRITERIA REQUIRED FOR THE
 SPECIFIC SITE OR A STATEMENT BY AN ARCHITECT OR
 ENGINEER FOR THE SPECIFIC SITE MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH
 THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
  
 6) SHEET 3 DETAIL A/3 SHOWS THE NEW VERTICAL # 5 REBAR,
 THERE IS NO INFORMATION HOW THE NEW REBAR IS TO BE
 ATTACHED TO THE BEAM ABOVE OR THE FOUNDATION BELOW TO
 BECOME PART OF THE MWFRS (MAIN WIND FORCE RESISTING
 SYSTEM).
  
 7) SHEET 2 DETAIL A/3 ALSO DOES NOT PROVIDE THE LOADING
 ON THE LINTEL/ FT, IF THERE IS ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE LINTEL.
 2104.1.5 LINTELS. THE DESIGN FOR LINTELS SHALL BE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE MASONRY DESIGN PROVISIONS OF EITHER
