 1- BRING PLANS TO PALM BEACH COUNTY BUILDING (2300 N.
 JOG RD) TO VERIFY ASSESSMENT OF IMPACT FEES. BRING BACK
 COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES
 ARE DUE. COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED
 LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 2- WINDOWS FOR BEDROOM #3: PROVIDE MANUFACTURER'S CUT
 SHEETS FOR WINDOW SIZE SPECIFIED ON PLANS TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH ALL THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF SEC.
 R310 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 3- SHEET A-2, A-3 AND S-2:
 A) ACCORDING TO SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL THIS BUILDING IS LOCATED IN EXPOSURE
 "C" NOT "B". REVISE THE DESIGN INFORMATION, INCLUDING
 THE DOORS/WINDOWS DESIGN PRESSURES.
  
 B) ACCORDING TO FOOTNOTE ON FIGURE R301.2(7) THE
 MINIMUM DISTANCE "A" IN THE WALL ELEVATION IS 4'-0" NOT
 3'-0". REVISE WALL ELEVATION DETAIL AS REQUIRED.
  
 C) THERE IS ONE WINDOW ON BEDROOM #3 THAT IS LOCATED IN
 THE END ZONE #5. SEE ITEM #3(B) ABOVE. REVISE THE
 DESIGN PRESSURES ACCORDINGLY. SEC. R301.2.1.4.3.

 103.2.3.2 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 B) REVISE ITEM #10 TO MATCH PLANS. ARCHITECT DIDN'T
 DESIGNED UNVENTED ATTIC. SEE PLANS AND REVISE AS
 REQUIRED. AND COORDINATE R-VALUE WITH ARCHITECT'S
 SPECS. SEC. 103.2.2 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 C) REVISE THE WINDOWS OVERHANG DEPTH AND OVERHANG
 SEPARATION ON PAGE 3 OF 6 TO MATCH ARCHITECTURAL PLANS.

 D) COMPLETE ALL THE INFORMATION ON TOP OF FORM,
 INCLUDING OWNER, BUILDER, PERMIT OFFICE AND

 7- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) ENTRY DOOR WITH SQUARE TOP THAT MATCHES TYPE OF DOOR
 SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 B) WINDOW MULLIONS. SUBMITTED NOA 13-0815.05 WAS
 SUPERSEDED BY MIAMI-DADE. NEED TO PROVIDE CURRENT NOA.
  
 C) ALL FIXED WINDOWS AS SHOWN ON PLANS.( ARCHED AND
 SQUARE).
  
 D) PRECAST LINTELS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 E) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON PLANS
 AND DETAILS. PROVIDE THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER
 PAGE AND PAGE SHOWING THE SPECIFIED CONNECTOR OR
 SPECIFY THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL NUMBER NEXT TO THE
 SPECIFIED CONNECTOR. ALSO, UPDATE THE FLORIDA PRODUCT
 APPROVAL NUMBERS SPECIFIED ON CONNECTOR SCHEDULE ON
 SHEET S-2. THEY DON'T CORRESPOND TO THE 2010 FBC CODE
 VERSION.
  
 8- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL THE PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 OF CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 9- GAF CONVENTIONAL BUILT UP ROOF SYSTEM NOA 13-1022.15
 SUBMITTED:
 A) CLEARLY IDENTIFY WHICH APPROVED ASSEMBLY IS GOING TO
 BE INSTALLED TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R301 OF
 2010 FBC.
  
 B) PROVIDE SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS AS
 REQUIRED BY GENERAL LIMITATION $7 ON LAST PAGE OF NOA.
 NEED THE NAIL ENHANCING CALCULATIONS TO MEET THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES REQUIRED BY SEC. R301.
  
 10- PROVIDE FRAMING DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR ALL
 ARCHED OPENING SHOWN ON ELEVATIONS. SEC. R301 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
