 1) THE SOIL REPORT STATES THAT A TWENTY ( 20) INCH WIDE
 FOOTING IS REQUIRED AND THE PLANS ARE FOR AN EIGHTEEN
 (18) INCH WIDE FOOTING. FBC 107.2.1
  
 2) THE ENERGY CALCULATION FORM SPECIFIES ONE (1)
 BEDROOM AND THE PLANS HAVE THREE (3) BEDROOMS. PLEASE
 CORRECT. FBC 107.2.1
  
 3) THE INFORMATION FOR THE ISOLATED FOOTERS AT THE REAR
 PORCH ARE ILLEGIBLE DUE TO BEING PRINTED OVER ON THE
 PLANS. FBC 107.2.1
  
 4) FBC 107.3.5.3 - PROVIDE WIND DESIGN DATA (IE.
 WINDSPEED, EXPOSURE CATEGORY, ETC.)ON THE PLANS
 PURSUANT TO FBC-R301.2.
  
 5) R803.2.3.1 SHEATHING FASTENINGS.
 WOOD STRUCTURAL PANEL SHEATHING SHALL BE FASTENED TO
 ROOF FRAMING WITH 8D RING-SHANK NAILS AT 6 INCHES ON
 CENTER AT EDGES AND 6 INCHES ON CENTER AT INTERMEDIATE
 FRAMING. RING-SHANK NAILS SHALL HAVE THE FOLLOWING
 MINIMUM DIMENSIONS:
 1. 0.113 INCH NOMINAL SHANK DIAMETER.
 2. RING DIAMETER OF 0.012 OVER SHANK DIAMETER.
 3. 16 TO 20 RINGS PER INCH.
 4. 0.280 INCH FULL ROUND HEAD DIAMETER.
 5. 2 INCH NAIL LENGTH.
 WHERE ROOF FRAMING WITH A SPECIFIC GRAVITY, 0.42 < OR =
 G < 0.49 IS USED, SPACING OF RING-SHANK FASTENERS SHALL
 BE 4 INCHES ON CENTER IN NAILING ZONE 3 IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH FIGURE R803.2.3.1 WHERE VASD AS DETERMINED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION R301.2.1.3 IS 130 MPH OR
 GREATER.
  
 6) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9N-3
 THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD. (1) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT WERE
 SUBMITTED FOR THE JELD-WEN OUT SWING OPAQUE DOOR WITH
 SIDELITES DOES NOT HAVE THE FL# INDICATED ON THE
 DOCUMENTS THAT WERE SUBMITTED. (2) NO PRODUCT APPROVALS
 WERE SUBMITTED FOR THE FIXED GLASS WINDOW ABOVE THE
 FRONT DOOR. (3) PRODUCT APPROVALS WERE SUBMITTED FOR A
 JELD WEN INSWING GLAZED DOOR SYSTEM WITH SIDELITES (NOA
 NO. 09-0608.15) , HOWEVER THE PLANS DO NOT SHOW ANY
 INSWING DOORS.
  
 7) THE VALUATION THAT WAS SUBMITTED FOR THIS STRUCTURE
 IS LOW BASED ON THE CURRENT ICC VALUATION DATA. THE
 CALCULATED VALUE FOR DETERMINING PERMIT FEES IS
 $173,945.00. THE VALUATION HAS BEEN ADJUSTED
 ACCORDINGLY. FBC 109.3
  
 IN ORDER TO REDUCE PLAN REVIEW TIMES AND PROVIDE
 CLARIFICATION, PLEASE SUBMIT A RESPONSE LETTER
 INDICATING HOW EACH OF THE REVIEW COMMENTS HAS BEEN
 ADDRESSED.
  
 RE-SUBMITTAL PROCEDURE
  
 YOU ARE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT A RE-SUBMITTAL FORM TO BE
 SUBMITTED WITH THE CORRECTED PLANS AND/OR OTHER
 DOCUMENTS.
 THE PERMIT CLERK WILL RETRIEVE THE DENIED APPLICATION,
 PLANS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS FOR YOU.
 YOU ARE REQUIRED TO REMOVE THE OLD PLAN SHEETS THAT
 HAVE BEEN CORRECTED AND REPLACE THEM WITH THE NEW ONES.
 THE CLERK WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A STAPLE REMOVER AND A
 STAPLER. ONE SET OF THE OLD PLAN SHEETS THAT HAVE BEEN
 REMOVED SHALL BE MARKED AS VOIDED AND RESUBMITTED ALONG
 WITH THE TWO (OR MORE) SETS THAT CONTAIN THE CORRECTED
 SHEETS. IF THERE ARE ANY SHEETS THAT HAVE BEEN STAMPED
 FOR COUNTY IMPACT FEES, HOA APPROVAL STAMPS OR OTHERS,
 RESUBMIT THOSE SHEETS.
 IF ALL OF THE PLAN SHEETS HAVE BEEN CORRECTED, THEN TWO
 (OR MORE) SETS OF THE NEW PLANS AND ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED.
