 NOTICE: CHAPTER 553.80(2)(B) FLORIDA STATUTES STATES
 THAT A LOCAL GOVERNMENT SHALL IMPOSE A FEE OF FOUR
 TIMES THE FEE FOR
 PLAN REVIEW, IF PLANS ARE REJECTED (3) OR MORE TIMES
 FOR REPEATED FAILURE TO CORRECT A CODE VIOLATION.
  
  
 1) THE LENGTH OF TIME THIS MANUFACTURED BUILDING IS TO
 BE ON SITE HAS NOT BEEN PROVIDED, IF TEMPORARY OR NOT.
 THE DEFINITION OF TEMPORARY:
 2010 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION, 2010 EDITION 108.1
 GENERAL. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL IS AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE A
 PERMIT FOR TEMPORARY STRUCTURES AND TEMPORARY USES.
 SUCH PERMITS SHALL BE LIMITED AS TO TIME OF SERVICE,
 BUT SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED FOR MORE THAN 6 MONTHS.
  
 FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS REVIEW, THE LENGTH OF TIME WILL
 NOT BE TEMPORARY OR THE MANUFACTURED BUILDING WILL BE
 ON SITE OVER 6 MONTHS OF USAGE.
  
 THE S1 SHEET SHOWS A FOUNDATION SYSTEM THAT WILL BE
 USED FOR TEMPORARY FOUNDATIONS, THIS SYSTEM DOES NOT
 COMPLY WITH SECTION 2010 FBC-B
 1809.4 DEPTH AND WIDTH OF FOOTINGS.
 THE MINIMUM DEPTH OF FOOTINGS BELOW THE UNDISTURBED
 GROUND SURFACE SHALL BE 12 INCHES (305 MM). WHERE
 APPLICABLE, THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 1809.5 SHALL
 ALSO BE SATISFIED. THE MINIMUM WIDTH OF FOOTINGS SHALL
 BE 12 INCHES (305 MM).
  
 2) THE MANUFACTURED BUILDING PLAN IS A STATE APPROVED
 PLAN. SHEET 1 OF 4 INDICATES SITE INSTALLED ITEMS THAT
 ARE NOT PART OF THE STATE APPROVAL:
  
 2A) SEMI- COMPLIED. COMPLETE FOUNDATION SUPPORT AND TIE
 -DOWN NO FOUNDATION PLAN ONLY THE TIE DOWN.

 EXITS, NOTE ON THE PLANS INDICATES METAL STAIRS TO
 CONSTRUCTION OFFICE BY OTHERS, PLEASE PROVIDE
 COMPLIANCE WITH, 2010 FBC-B:
 1009.4 STAIR TREADS AND RISERS. STAIR TREADS AND RISERS
 SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTIONS 1009.4.1 THROUGH 1009.4.5.
  
 1012.1 WHERE REQUIRED. HANDRAILS FOR STAIRWAYS AND
 RAMPS SHALL BE ADEQUATE IN STRENGTH AND ATTACHMENT IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1607.7. HANDRAILS REQUIRED FOR
 STAIRWAYS BY SECTION 1009.12 SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTIONS
 1012.2 THROUGH 1012.9. HANDRAILS REQUIRED FOR RAMPS BY
 SECTION 1010.8 SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTIONS 1012.2
 THROUGH 1012.8.
  
 1013.1 WHERE REQUIRED. GUARDS SHALL BE LOCATED ALONG
 OPEN-SIDED WALKING SURFACES, INCLUDING MEZZANINES,
 EQUIPMENT PLATFORMS, STAIRS, RAMPS AND LANDINGS THAT
 ARE LOCATED MORE THAN 30 INCHES (762 MM) MEASURED
 VERTICALLY TO THE FLOOR OR GRADE BELOW AT ANY POINT
 WITHIN 36 INCHES (914 MM) HORIZONTALLY TO THE EDGE OF
 THE OPEN SIDE. GUARDS SHALL BE ADEQUATE IN STRENGTH AND
 ATTACHMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1607.7.

 HAVE LANDINGS AT THE BOTTOM AND TOP OF EACH RAMP,
 POINTS OF TURNING, ENTRANCE, EXITS AND AT DOORS AND IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE,
 ACCESSIBILITY. LANDINGS SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTIONS
 1010.6.1 THROUGH 1010.6.5.
  
 4B) 1010.6.4 CHANGE IN DIRECTION. WHERE CHANGES IN
 DIRECTION OF TRAVEL OCCUR AT LANDINGS PROVIDED BETWEEN
 RAMP RUNS, THE LANDING SHALL BE 60 INCHES BY 60 INCHES
 (1524 MM BY 1524 MM) MINIMUM.
  
 4C) THE ACCESSIBLE DOORWAY NEXT TO THE RAMP IS LOCATED
 18 INCHES FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE RAMP. FBC-B
 1010.6.5 DOORWAYS. WHERE DOORWAYS ARE LOCATED ADJACENT
 TO A RAMP LANDING, MANEUVERING CLEARANCES REQUIRED BY
 ICC A117.1 ARE PERMITTED TO OVERLAP THE REQUIRED

 THIS IS TO BE AN ACCESSIBLE STAIR IN COMPLIANCE WITH
 2010 FBC- 1012.6 HANDRAIL EXTENSIONS.
 HANDRAILS SHALL RETURN TO A WALL, GUARD OR THE WALKING
 SURFACE OR SHALL BE CONTINUOUS TO THE HANDRAIL OF AN
 ADJACENT STAIR FLIGHT OR RAMP RUN. WHERE HANDRAILS ARE
 NOT CONTINUOUS BETWEEN FLIGHTS, THE HANDRAILS SHALL
 EXTEND HORIZONTALLY AT LEAST 12 INCHES (305 MM) BEYOND
 THE TOP RISER AND CONTINUE TO SLOPE FOR THE DEPTH OF
 ONE TREAD BEYOND THE BOTTOM RISER. AT RAMPS WHERE

 5A) THE STAIRS SHOW A VERTICAL RISE OF 7 1/8 INCHES.
 PLEASE REFER TO SECTION 2010 FBC-B 1009.4.2 STAIR RISER
 HEIGHTS SHALL BE 7 INCHES (178 MM) MAXIMUM AND 4 INCHES
 (102 MM) MINIMUM.
  
 5B) WITH THE FLOOR PLAN SHOWING 4 RISERS @ 7 1/8 IN. =
 28 1/2 INCHES. PLEASE NOTE IF THE TOP LANDING IS AT 28
 1/2 INCHES ABOVE GRADE THE RAMP SHOULD BE 28 + FEET
 LONG OR PROVIDE THE ELEVATION DIFFERENCE IN GRADE FOR
 THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING, THE BOTTOM LANDING TOP LANDING
 AND THE BOTTOM OF THE STAIRS.
 FBC-B 1010.2 SLOPE.
 RAMPS USED AS PART OF A MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL HAVE A
 RUNNING SLOPE NOT STEEPER THAN ONE UNIT VERTICAL IN 12
 UNITS HORIZONTAL (8.333-PERCENT SLOPE). THE SLOPE OF
 OTHER PEDESTRIAN RAMPS SHALL NOT BE STEEPER THAN ONE
 UNIT VERTICAL IN EIGHT UNITS HORIZONTAL (12.5-PERCENT
 SLOPE).
  
 5C) THE RAMP CROSS SECTION NOR DOES THE STAIR ELEVATION
 PROVIDE THE HEIGHT OF THE HANDRAIL PER:
 2010 FBC-B HANDRAIL HEIGHT, MEASURED ABOVE STAIR TREAD
 NOSINGS, OR FINISH SURFACE OF RAMP SLOPE, SHALL BE
 UNIFORM, NOT LESS THAN 34 INCHES (864 MM) AND NOT MORE
 THAN 38 INCHES (965 MM).
  
 5D) NOTE ONLY NO ACTION REQUIRED!!!! THE PLANS DO NOT
 INDICATE THE MODULAR BUILDING BEING SET 30 INCHES ABOVE
 GRADE, NOTE IF SO FBC-B SECTION 1013.1-3 WILL BE
 REQUIRED.
  
 6) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT

 7) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS

 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
