 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) PROVIDE A PARKING TABULAR TO ILLUSTRATE THE
 REQUIRED AND PROVIDED PARKING COUNT FOR THE SALES
 TRAILER. [ZLDR S.94-273(D)(73)(B)(6)]
  
 2.) WILL THERE BE SIGNAGE ON THE PROPOSED SALES
 TRAILER? IF SO, SIGNAGE REQUIREMENTS MUST COMPLY WITH
 THE REQUIREMENTS OF S.94-273(D)(73)(B)(7) OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR). A SEPARATE
 PERMIT AND REVIEW IS REQUIRED FOR SIGNAGE.
  
 3.) A BUFFER OF AT LEAST 20 FT. WIDE SHALL BE
 LANDSCAPED AND MAINTAINED BETWEEN ANY MODEL DWELLING
 UNIT, TEMPORARY SALES OFFICE OR PARKING AREA AND ANY
 ADJACENT LAND NOT IN THE DEVELOPMENT THAT IS ZONED FOR
 RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES. A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND
 REVIEW SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THIS ZLDR REQUIREMENT
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED. [ZLDR S.94-273(D)(73)(B)(8)]
  
 4.) SHOW SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPERTY LINES.
 SETBACKS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE MINIMUM DIMENSIONS
 PROVIDED IN S.94-304(B)(2) OF THE ZLDR.
  
 5.) PROVIDE DIMENSION FOR THE HEIGHT OF THE TRAILER.
 THE HEIGHT SHALL NOT EXCEED 25 FT. [ZLDR
 S.94-304(B)(4)]
  
 6.) PROVIDE A PARKING LOT STRIPING DETAIL IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF S.94-485(J) OF THE ZLDR.
  
 7.) TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 5
 FT. IN WIDTH AND NOT LESS THAN THE LENGTH OF THE
 ADJACENT STALL. [ZLDR S.94-443(C)(3)(A)]
  
 8.) AT LEAST 30 PERCENT OF THE LINEAR FEET AROUND THE
 TRAILER SHALL BE PLANTED WITH LANDSCAPING. [ZLDR
 S.94-443(E)(1)]
  
 9.) ALL NEW PLANT MATERIAL SHALL MEET THE MINIMUM
 PLANTING SPECIFICATIONS IN S.94-445 OF THE ZLDR.
  
 10.) SHOW LANDING IN THE SITE PLAN.
  
 11.) THE TARA COVE PROJECT HAS BEEN ASSIGNED AN ADDRESS
 OF 4650 TARA COVE WAY. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 12.) THIS PERMIT REVIEW IS FOR THE SALES TRAILER ONLY.
 ALL MODEL AND SPEC HOMES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS
 REVIEW, AS PERMITS FOR THE MODEL AND SPEC HOMES CANNOT
 BE SUBMITTED PRIOR TO THE APPROVAL OF THE RE-PLAT.
