 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) FBC107.1 GENERAL. SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS CONSISTING OF
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS, STATEMENT OF SPECIAL
 INSPECTIONS, GEOTECHNICAL REPORT AND OTHER DATA SHALL
 BE SUBMITTED IN TWO OR MORE SETS WITH EACH PERMIT
 APPLICATION. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 PREPARED BY A REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL WHERE
 REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 471, FLORIDA STATUTES & 61G15
 FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE OR CHAPTER 481, FLORIDA
 STATUTES & 61G1 FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE.
  
 2) FBC 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN
 UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE
 AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT
 IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM
 OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS,
 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC,
 AND THE TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE
 OR IN PART, NOR SHALL THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS
 EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION. ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS
 AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE
 OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN.
  
 3) FBC 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS. BUILDING
 PLANS SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE UPON
 SUBSTANTIAL PAPER, CLOTH OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE MEDIUM.
 THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE,
 SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO
 RECORDS MANAGEMENT.
  
 4) FBC-R314.3.1 WHEN ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS OR ADDITIONS
 REQUIRING A PERMIT OCCUR, OR WHEN ONE OR MORE SLEEPING
 ROOMS ARE ADDED OR CREATED IN EXISTING DWELLINGS, THE
 INDIVIDUAL DWELLING UNIT SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH SMOKE
 ALARMS LOCATED AS REQUIRED FOR NEW DWELLINGS.
  
 5) FBC- 107.3.5.3 - ELECTRIC SERVICE RISER WITH WIRE
 SIZES, CONDUIT DETAIL AND GROUNDING DETAIL. COMPLETE
 LOAD CALCULATIONS, PANEL SCHEDULES AND SHOW CIRCUITS ON
 FLOOR PLAN.
  
 6) NEC 110.9 - SPECIFY THE A.I.C. RATING OF THE
 ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT ON THE PLANS.
  
 7) SPECIFY THE LOCATIONS OF THE ELECTRIC SERVICE METER
 AND PANELS ON THE ELECTRICAL PLANS. FBC 107.2.1
  
 8) NEC 210.11 (C) (3) AT LEAST ONE 20 - AMP BRANCH
 CIRCUIT SHALL BE PROVIDED TO SUPPLY BATHROOM RECEPTACLE
 OUTLETS.
  
 9) NEC 210.63 - PROVIDE A GFCI PROTECTED SERVICE OUTLET
 FOR WITHIN 25' OF MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT.
  
 10) NEC 406.8 - OUTDOOR RECEPTACLES ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 WEATHER PROOF.
  
 11) NEC 440.11 & 440.14 SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE
 REQUIRED A/C EQUIPMENT DISCONNECTING MEANS ON THE
 PLANS.
  
 12) NEC 210.52 (B) (3) - KITCHEN COUNTER TOP
 RECEPTACLES SHALL BE SUPPLIED BY NO FEWER THAN TWO
 SMALL APPLIANCE BRANCH CIRCUITS.
  
 13) NEC 210.12 (B) - OUTLETS ARE REQUIRED TO BE AFCI
 PROTECTED.
  
 14) NEC 406.11 - TAMPER-RESISTANT RECEPTACLES ARE
 REQUIRED.
  
 15) NEC 250.56 - SERVICE GROUNDING ELECTRODE TO BE
 AUGMENTED BY AN ADDITIONAL ELECTRODE 6 FEET AWAY OR
 PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF RESISTANCE TO GROUND OF 25 OHMS OR
 LESS.
  
 16) NEC 250.94 - INTERSYSTEM BONDING TERMINATION SHALL
 BE PROVIDED.
  
 17) NEC 210.52 (C) (1) - A RECEPTACLE OUTLET SHALL BE
 INSTALLED AT EACH COUNTERTOP SPACE 12 INCHES OR WIDER
 SO THAT NO POINT ALONG THE WALL LINE IS MORE THAN 2
 FEET MEASURED HORIZONTALLY FROM A RECEPTACLE OUTLET IN
 THAT SPACE.
  
 18) NEC 210.52(A) - (H) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH REQUIRED
