 1- REVISE PROJECT ADDRESS NUMBER IN ALL SHEETS. THE
 CORRECT ADDRESS NUMBER IS 5615 S. FLAGLER DR. NOT 5616
 S. FLAGLER. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
 (REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED).
  
 2- SHEET A-2: REVISE THE DESIGN DATA. THIS BUILDING IS
 LOCATED IN EXPOSURE "D" NOT "C". AND REVISE THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES ACCORDINGLY. SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. (REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED).
  
 3- TERRACE GUARDRAIL: PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE LIVE LOADS
 OF TABLE R301.5 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. THERE IS NOT
 SPECS FOR POSTS AND CONNECTIONS AND GUARDRAIL SPECS AND
 CONNECTIONS. ALSO, PROVIDE INFORMATION SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R312 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. (REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED).
  
 4- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) THE UNDERLAYMENT SPECIFIED ON A/S-2 SECTION ON SHEET
 S-2. (UNDERLAYMENT PRODUCT APPROVAL WAS REQUESTED ON
 PREVIOUS CHECKLIST. THIS ITEM WAS NOT ADDRESSED).
 NOTE: PRODUCT APPROVAL NEED TO MEET THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES REQUIRED BY R301 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL AND
 MUST BE COMPATIBLE FOR THE PROPOSED TERRACE ASSEMBLY.
  
 5- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING

 LBS PSF). SEC. 107.2.1.3 OF CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 B) SIZES OF FOOTINGS SHOWN ON THE FOUNDATION SCHEDULE
 ARE NOT CLEAR. FOR EXAMPLE FOOTING P1 IS 42" D X 42" W
 ?????. AND WHERE ARE P1 AND P2 LOCATED ON THE
 FOUNDATION PLAN?. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 C) ORIGINAL APPROVED PLANS WERE DESIGNED BASED ON THE
 SPECIFIC TYPE OF SOIL ENCOUNTERED IN THIS AREA. NEW
 ENGINEER OF RECORD TO ACKNOWLEDGE IN WRITING THAT
 PROPOSED FOUNDATION DESIGN IS BASED ON THOSE SPECIFIC
 SOIL CONDITIONS . SEC. 107.2.1.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.(REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED).
  
 D) DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS NOTE #2 AND DESIGN CRITERIA AT
 THE BOTTOM LEFT OF THE SAME SHEET DOESN'T MATCH. REVISE
 AS REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 E) HOW ARE THE LVL BEAMS ANCHORED TO THE COLUMNS? SEC.
 R301.1 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 F) PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 KNEE WALLS?. SEC. R301.1 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 G) REVISE SIZE AND NUMBER OF FASTENERS REQUIRED FOR THE
 SIMPSON LUS-210. ALSO, REVISE INFORMATION ON SECTION
 A/S2. SEE SIMPSON PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR CORRECT SIZE AND
 NUMBER. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 7- SCOPE OF WORK SUBMITTED WITH THIS REVISION INCLUDES
 A LOT MORE WORK THAN THE SPECIFIED ON THE ORIGINAL
 APPROVED PLANS. UPDATE VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR,
 MATERIALS, CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND ALL
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. PROVIDE COPY OF SIGNED CONTRACT THAT
 INCLUDES ALL SPECIFIED WORK. (REPEAT COMMENT. NOT
 ADDRESSED).
  
 8- THERE IS A REVISION FEE OF $154.50 FOR THIS
 SUBMITTAL. (2 NEW DRAWINGS AND ONE NEW NOA).
  
 ***NOTE: THERE IS AN EXISTING FIREPLACE BETWEEN THE
 FIRST FLOOR AND THE TERRACE. THERE IS NO INFORMATION
 PROVIDED SHOWING THAT THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION WILL
 NOT CREATE A FIRE HAZARD. ADDITONAL INFORMATION MAY BE
 REQUIRED.
