 2- SHEET A-2: REVISE THE DESIGN DATA. THIS BUILDING IS
 LOCATED IN EXPOSURE "D" NOT "C". AND REVISE THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES ACCORDINGLY. SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 3- TERRACE GUARDRAIL: PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE LIVE LOADS
 OF TABLE R301.5 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. THERE IS NOT
 SPECS FOR POSTS AND CONNECTIONS AND GUARDRAIL SPECS AND
 CONNECTIONS. ALSO, PROVIDE INFORMATION SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R312 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 4- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 TERRACE FLOORING ASSEMBLY AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R903.1.
  
 5- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) TERRACE UNDERLAYMENT SPECIFIED ON ITEM #4 ABOVE.
  
 B) ALL STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON ALL FRAMING
 PLANS AND DETAILS. PROVIDE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL
 COVER PAGE AND PAGE SHOWING THE SPECIFIED CONNECTOR OR
 LIST FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL NUMBER NEXT TO THE
 SPECIFIED CONNECTOR IN ALL PLANS AND DETAILS.
  
 6- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS, INCLUDING THE FRENCH DOOR. SEC.
 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 7- A) NO FOUNDATION PLAN WAS PROVIDED. PROVIDE COMPLETE
 FOUNDATION PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R401.2 OF

 9- SCOPE OF WORK SUBMITTED WITH THIS REVISION INCLUDES
 A LOT MORE WORK THAN THE SPECIFIED ON THE ORIGINAL
 APPROVED PLANS. UPDATE VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR,
 MATERIALS, CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND ALL
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. PROVIDE COPY OF SIGNED CONTRACT THAT
 INCLUDES ALL SPECIFIED WORK.
