 (IIC). PROVIDE THE ACTUAL TESTING REPORT.
  
 THE PLANS DO NOT SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH IS 2010 FBC-B
 1207.3 STRUCTURE-BORNE SOUND. FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLIES
 BETWEEN DWELLING UNITS OR BETWEEN A DWELLING UNIT AND A

 MEAN ROOF HEIGTH OF 33 FT, SEE NOA LIMITATION. IF THE
 WHOLE ROOFING STYLE IS TO CHANGE FROM SHINGLES THEN

 AFTER PERMIT ISSUANCE AS A DEFERRED SUBMITTAL, NO COST
 TO CONTRACTOR. THERE IS NO CONTRACTOR SIGNED ON, THEY

 ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN
