 A) SHINGLES SELF ADHERING UNDERLAYMENT AS SPECIFIED ON
 PLANS. NOA 11-0815.05 SUBMITTED WAS SUPERSEDED BY
 MIAMI-DADE. NEED CURRENT NOA.
  
 B) ALL USP STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON PLANS AND
 SECTION/DETAILS. PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER PAGE
 AND PAGE SHOWING THE SPECIFIED CONNECTOR OR LIST THE
 FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL NUMBER NEXT TO THE SPECIFIED
 CONNECTOR.
 NOTE: THERE ARE TWO SITE SPECIFIC CONNECTORS SHOWN ON
 SHEET S-4. NEED TO PROVIDE COMPLETE ENGINEERING PACKAGE
 FOR SITE SPECIFIC CONNECTORS APPROVAL. AND, THE
 ENGINEER (JAMES F. COLLINS JR.) NEED TO USE CURRENT
 SEAL THAT READS "LICENSE" INSTEAD OF "CERTIFICATE" AS
