 1. FBC 107, PLANS ARE DIFFICULT TO READ DUE TO THE SIZE
 OF FONT AND PLAN PAGE SIZE. FBC 107 REQUIRES A MINIMUM
 OF 1/8" SCALE. A SMALLER SCALE THAN 1/8" FOR THE
 LOCATION PLAN WOULD BE ACCEPTABLE AS LONG AS IT IS
 EASILY LEGIBLE. THE PLAN SUBMITTED HAS A LOT OF TEXT
 AND DETAIL UNNECESSARY FOR THIS JOB. THE TEXT DESCIBING
 THE WORK IS IN RED, ON TOP OF OTHER TEXT OR GRAPHICS.
 THE STRUCTURAL DETAILS ARE SMALL AND DIFFICULT TO READ
 EASILY.
  
 AS THIS IS A COMMERCIAL BUILDING, WE ARE REQUIRED TO
 RETAIN (AND PROVIDE UPON REQUEST) THE PLANS. FOR PLAN
 REVIEW, INSPECTIONS, AND RECORDS RETENTION,
 LEGIBLE/READABLE PLANS ARE REQUIRED.
  
 2. PLEASE LABEL THE DETAILS. THEY SHOULD BE LABELED
 PLAN, SECTION, WITH A SECTION INDICATOR THROUGH A
 PLANTER DETAL.
  
 3. PER ANA MARIA APONTE, PLANNER, PLEASE REVISE PLAN TO
 MORE CLEARLY SHOW INTENT. IT APPEARS THAT SOME PLANTERS
 ARE BEING MODIFIED TO HAVE THE DEPTH DECREASED, WHICH
 IS ACCEPTABLE (FOR EXAMPLE, PLANTER CAPPING TYPE D).
 PLANTER CAPPING TYPE A APPEARS TO SHOW THAT THIS
 PLANTER WILL NOT BE MADE SHALLOWER, BUT THE CONCRETE
 WILL BE FLUSH WITH THE TOP OF THE PLANTER, ELIMINATING
 THE PLANTER. PER ANA MARIA APONTE, THIS WOULD REQUIRE
