 NOTE:
 NEW SET OF DRAWINGS SUBMITTED DONE BY ANOTHER ENGINEER
 OF RECORD.
  
 1- SHEET S-000: CODE REFERENCED ON THE WIND LOADING
 (MWFRS) DOESN'T MATCH CODE REFERENCED ON THE WIND
 LOADING (C&C). REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH. NOTE: THE
 CODE UNDER WHICH THE REVIEWS ARE DONE FOR THIS PROJECT
 IS THE 2010 FBC.
  
 2- PROVIDE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE NEW ROOF CROSS VENTILATION AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R806 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 INFORMATION SHOWN ON THE TYPICAL WALL SECTION ON SHEET
 S-300 IS NOT CLEAR. IT'S NOT CLEAR IF ENGINEER OF
 RECORD IS DESIGNING AN UNVENTED ATTIC OR A VENTED
 ATTIC. NOT CLEAR WHY SPECIFYING RIGID BOARD R-5
 INSULATION ABOVE ROOF SHEATHING AND R-30 BATT
 INSULATION BETWEEN ROOF JOISTS. AND, THERE ARE
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR "PROTECTED ROOF VENTS FOR ROOF CROSS
 VENTILATION". ON THE OTHER HAND, THE WAY THE CROSS
 VENTILATION IS SPECIFIED DOESN'T PROVIDE CROSS
 VENTILATION. REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 3- FOUNDATION SCHEDULE ON SHEET S-301 IS MISSING ONE
 DIMENSION FOR FOOTING WF-1. PROVIDE COMPLETE
 INFORMATION. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 4- ROOF FRAMING PLAN ON SHEET S-101: SPECIFY SPACING OF
 2X12 JOISTS. SEC. R301 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 5- BASED ON THE EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS SHOWN ON SHEET
 S-200, THERE DOESN'T SEEM TO BE 24" CLEAR CRAWL SPACE
 AS SHOWN ON TYPICAL WALL SECTION ON SHEET S-300.
 CLARIFY AS REQUIRED. CLEARLY PROVIDE THE CRAWL SPACE
 CLEARANCE THAT MATCHES EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS. THIS IS
 IMPORTANT BECAUSE THE FLOOR JOIST NEED TO COMPLY WITH
 THE WOOD DECAY PROTECTION AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R317.1 OF
 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL IF THE CLEARANCE IS LESS THAN 18"
 . ON THE OTHER HAND, THE EXTERIOR WOOD DECK MAY
 REQUIRED GUARDRAILS. SEE SEC. R312 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 6- PROVIDE COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS FOR TYPE OF CRAWL
 SPACE ACCESS DOOR. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 7- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 F.A.C. 61G20-3.002(33) FOR:
 A) CRAWL SPACE ACCESS DOOR AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 8- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO APPROVE IN WRITING (NOT
 SIGNING AND SEALING) ABOVE PRODUCT APPROVAL. SEC.
 107.3.4.1 OF CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 ***PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH
 COMMENT TO EXPEDITE THE REVIEW PROCESS.
 ***PLEASE REMOVE ANY REVISED SHEET. DON'T STAPPLE OLD
 COPY TO PLANS. SUBMITT OLD COPIES FOR REFERENCE.
