 NOTE:
 PLEASE REMOVE FROM THE DRAWINGS THE NUMBERS THAT
 IDENTIFY EACH COMMENT FROM THE FIRST CHECKLIST. THIS
 NUMBERS CREATE CONFUSION. ANY REVISIONS TO THE PLANS
 ARE USUALLY MARKED AS A CLOUD AND THE NUMBER OF THE
 REVISION IS INSIDE A SMALL TRIANGLE. IN THIS CASE IT
 WOULD BE REVISION #1.
  
 1- BRING PLANS TO PALM BEACH COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.)
 FOR IMPACT FEES ASSESSMENT. BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED
 PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY
 IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT
 CODE.
  
 2- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROOF
 DRAINAGE SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE ROOF DRAINAGE SEC.
 R903.4 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. SPECIFY SIZE OF ROOF
 DRAIN OR SCUPPER. SPECIFY SIZE OF DOWNSPOUT.
  
 ***RESPONSE: INFORMATION SHOWN ON THE SOUTH ELEVATION
 IS INCORRECT. SCUPPERS SHALL BE PLACED LEVEL WITH THE
 ROOF SURFACE. PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAIL/SECTION THRU THE
