 RECOMMENDED ON THE GEOTECHNICAL REPORT DON'T MATCH.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH OR ARCHITECT TO PROVIDE
 LETTER ACKNOWLEDGING THAT HE READ THE GEOTHECHNICAL
 REPORT RECOMMENDATION AND THE FOOTING SIZE HE SPECIFIED
 IS ADEQUATE. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 2- TYPICAL WALL SECTION ON SHEET A3: COORDINATE SIZE OF
 FOOTING TO COMPLY WITH THE CLEARANCE FOR TERMITE
 INSPECTION REQUIRED BY SEC. R704 AND MINIMUM FOOTING
 DEPTH REQUIRED BY SEC. R403.1.4. A 16" DEEP FOOTING
 DOESN'T PROVIDE 6" CLEARANCE AND 12" DEPTH BELOW GRADE.
 REVISE TYPICAL WALL SECTION, FOUNDATION PLAN AND
 FOOTING SCHEDULE AS REQUIRED AND COORDINATE WITH ITEM
 #2 ABOVE.
  
 3- SPECIFY THE SIZE OF THE GARAGE DOOR STRUCTURAL BUCK.
 SEC. R301.1.
  
 4- REVISE THE SHUTTERS INSTALLATION SCHEDULE: SHUTTER
 MOUNTING CONNECTION TYPE IS INCORRECT. SUBSTRATE IS
 CONCRETE BLOCK NOT POURED CONCRETE. CLARIFY SHUTTER
 MOUNTING CONNECTION AND SPECIFIC ANCHOR TYPE.
  
 5- NEW SHEET A4: THE LEFT HAND SIDE OF THE STRUCTURAL
 NOTES GOT CUT OFF. PROVIDE COMPLETE DRAWING.
  
 6- REVISE THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS: CALCULATIONS NEED TO
 BE DONE ON THE ACTUAL ORIENTATION OF THE BUILDING.
 BUILDING IS FACING A TRUE NORTH. THERE ARE NOT NORTH
 EAST ORIENTATION, ETC. SEC. 103.2.1.1.2 OF 2010
 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
