 SETBACK.
  
 2. A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE DRIVEWAY.
 PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT WITHIN THE FRONTYARD SETBACK,
 A MINIMUM 1,000 SQ. FT. OR 75%, WHICHEVER IS LESS, OF
