 1- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG. RD.) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE
 DUE. BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. REQUIRED BY THE COUNTY IMPACT
 FEE ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 2- PROVIDE SOIL TEST REPORT (2 COPIES WITH ENGINEER'S
 ORIGINAL SEAL AND SIGNATURE). SEC. R401.4 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 3- SHEET A1:
 A) PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR THE DROPPED FOOTING SIZE AND
 REINFORCEMENT BETWEEN GARAGE AND THE REST OF THE HOUSE.

 B) WINDOW ON BEDROOMS #2 AND #3 DON'T COMPLY WITH

 D) SPECIFY ATTIC ACCESS. SEC. R807 OF 2010

 4- PROVIDE CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R315 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 5-TYPICAL WALL SECTION ON SHEET A3:
 A) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE CLEARANCE REQUIRED FOR
 TERMITE INSPECTION AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R704 OF 2010

 B) SPECIFY THE FOOTING MIN. DEPTH AS REQUIRED BY SEC.

 6- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION WAS UPGRADED TO $150,000. THE PERMIT FEE
 BALANCE IS $3142.50. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR,
 MATERIALS, CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND ALL
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 7- PROVIDE GARAGE STRUCTURAL BUCK DETAIL AND
 SPECIFICATIONS. SEC. R301.1 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 8- PROVIDE WINDOW AND DOOR MANUFACTURER'S SPECS SHOWING
 THE U-FACTOR AND SHGC FACTOR SPECIFIED ON THE ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS ON ITEM #7. SEC. 103.2.2 OF 2010
 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 9- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) PRECAST LINTELS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 B) ENTRY WOOD DOOR AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS AND ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS (OTHERWISE REVISE PLANS AND ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS).
  
 C) OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR SIZE AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
 DRAWINGS SUBMITTED ARE FOR 9'-0" MAX. DOOR WIDTH. NEED
 DRAWINGS FOR 10'-0" WIDE DOORS.
  
 D) INSULATED FIBERGLASS DOOR. NEED COMPLETE DRAWINGS.
 DRAWINGS SUBMITTED ARE CUT IN HALF. PRINT DRAWINGS IN
 FORMAT THAT WILL PRINT ENTIRE PAGE.
  
 10- DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE
 ABOVE PRODUCT APPROVALS. SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS
 TO FBC.
  
 11- PROVIDE STORM SHUTTERS COMPLETE INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE. USE CITY SAMPLE OR PROVIDE COMPLETE REQUIRED
 INFORMATION UNDER A DIFFERENT FORMAT. SEC. R301.1 OF
 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
