 BOTH HAVE THE WRONG ADDRESS ON THEM, THE ADDRESS OF
 1258 PALM BEACH LAKES BLVD. IS A PROPERTY TO THE EAST
 WITH ACTIVE PERMITS AND OCCUPANCY. PLEASE CORRECT THE
 ADDRESS TO THE CORRECT PROPERTY WHERE THE PERMIT AND
 WORK IS OCCURRING.

 BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION,
 NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED.
 2010 FBC-B [F] 501.2 ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION. NEW AND
 EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH APPROVED
 ADDRESS.
  
 1B) THE SUBMITTED PLANS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE CANOPY
 FOUNDATION PLANS, CANOPY FRAMING AND ELEVATION PLANS
 NOR THE SECTION AND DETAIL PLANS. THIS WAS A REVISION
 SUBMITTED LATER ON. PLEASE SUBMIT THE PLANS SUBMITTED
 UNDER REVISION NUMBER: 12010568, NOTE THE CANOPY PLANS
 ALSO HAVE THE WRONG ADDRESS OF 1258 PALM BEACH LAKES
 BLVD. PLEASE SUBMIT THESE PLANS WITH THE CORRECTED
 ADDRESS OF 1270 PALM BEACH LAKES BLVD. SO THE PERMIT
 PACKAGE WOULD BE COMPLETE.

 STATEMENT DOES NOT EXIST UNDER THE NEW RE-ISSUE SET OF

 2) THIS PERMIT PACKAGE DOES NOT SHOW ANY UNDERGROUND
 INVESTIGATING SOILS REPORTS. UNDER THE ORIGINAL PERMIT
 THE REVIEWER ASKED FOR THIS REPORT REPEATEDLY.
 CONTRACTOR IS CONTINUING WORK AT THEIR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!
 2010 FBC-B 1803.5.2 QUESTIONABLE SOILS.
  
 3) UNDER THE ORIGINAL PERMIT PACKAGE THERE WERE SOIL
 DENSITIES TAKEN THAT ARE ALSO MISSING FROM THIS PERMIT
 PACKAGE SINCE THERE WAS FILL BROUGHT IN, THEY WERE
 NEVER REVIEWED ON THE JOBSITE BY THE INSPECTOR, THEY
 PROVISOD AT OWN RISK. PLEASE SUBMIT THESE DOCUMENTS SO
 THEY CAN ALSO BE PART OF THIS PERMIT PACKAGE.
 2010 FBC-B 1803.5.8 COMPACTED FILL MATERIAL. WHERE
 SHALLOW FOUNDATIONS WILL BEAR ON COMPACTED FILL
 MATERIAL MORE THAN 12 INCHES (305 MM) IN DEPTH, A
 GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION SHALL BE CONDUCTED AND SHALL
 INCLUDE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: (5.) FIELD TEST METHOD
 FOR DETERMINING THE IN-PLACE DRY DENSITY OF THE
 COMPACTED FILL.

 UNDER 12030576 PLEASE SUBMIT ROOFING PRODUCT APPROVALS,
 IF ENGINEERED FASTENING IS REQUIRED IN ROOF ZONES 2 & 3
 ALSO SUBMIT ENGINEERED CALCULATIONS TO RAS 117.
  
 5) PLEASE PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION THAT UNDER PERMIT #
 11090320 THAT PALM BEACH COUNTY IMPACT FEE OFFICE HAS
 REVIEWED AND STAMPED THE PLANS, THERE IS NO SUCH STAMP
 ON THESE PLANS. IF A BUILDING WAS DEMOLISHED ON THE
 SAME SITE SEE IF THERE IS EXISTING USE CREDITS THAT CAN
 BE TAKEN, THE PLANS WILL STILL REQUIRE P B C IMPACT FEE
 ASSESSMENT.
  
 6) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION. PLEASE CALL (561)233-5025 FOR MORE

 7) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
