 INDICATES A BEAUTY SALON A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY AS A
 LEVEL II ALTERATION UNDER THE 2010 EXST .BLDG. CODE.
 THE WHITNEY WAS PERMITED UNDER PERMIT # 04031591, THE
 FIRST FLOOR AND MEZZANINE LEVEL WERE PERMITED AS A
 RESIDENTIAL OCCUPANCY. THERE HAS BEEN NO PERMIT TO THIS
 SUITE # 110 TO CHANGE THE OCCUPANCY TO ANY OTHER
 OCCUPANCY. THIS UNIT WILL REQUIRE A CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY
 PERMIT, NOT A LEVEL II ALTERATION TO BECOME A BEAUTY
 SALON.
  
 2) PLEASE NOTE THE KITCHEN ON THE FIST FLOOR SHOWS A
 COOK TOP UNIT IN THE FLOOR PLAN, TO BE CONSIDERED PART
 OF A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY, THEN OVER THE STOVE A GREASE

 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
