 ELECTRONICALLY
 UPON APPLICATION AND FEE PAYMENT DESIGN DOCUMENTS
 SUBMISSION OPTIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
 1 UPLOAD VIA THE PROJECT DOX PORTAL WITH DIGITAL
 SIGNATURES OF DESIGN PROFESSIONALS AS APPLICABLE; USE
 THE REQUIRED NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 2 INCLUDE ON A CD IF DESIGN PROFESSIONAL DIGITAL
 SIGNATURES ARE PROVIDED AS REQUIRED; USE THE REQUIRED
 NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 3 INCLUDE ON A CD WITH ONE SET OF TRADITIONAL PAPER
 DESIGN DOCUMENTS SIGNED AND SEALED AS REQUIRED; USE THE
 REQUIRED NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 4 ONE SET OF TRADITIONAL PAPER DESIGN DOCUMENTS SUBJECT
 TO ADMINISTRATIVE FEES TO DIGITIZE THE DOCUMENTS
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED WHEN IT BECOMES

 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
 COOPERATION.
 2010 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION, 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF
 BUILDING PLANS.THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH
 THROUGH DEPARTMENTAL POLICY, OTHER STANDARDS FOR PLANS
 AND SPECIFICATIONS, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO
 ITS RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM. THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE
 SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE, SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY,
 OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO RECORDS MANAGEMENT.
  
 2) THE NEW SHEETS BEING ADDED TO THE SET HAVE NOT BEEN
 REVIEWED AND STAMPED BY CITY PLACE MANAGEMENT TEAM FOR
 APPROVAL.
  
 3) SHEET A2.2 RESTROOM DETAILS SHOW THE GRAB RAILS
 DIMENSIONED 36 INCHES TO THE CENTERLINE FOR HEIGHT
 REQUIREMENTS. THIS WAS A CHANGE IN THE 2010 FL
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE, NORMALLY RED LINED BUT PLEASE
 UPDATE TO THE 2010 FL ACCESS. CODE SECTION 609.4 33- 36
 INCHES MEASURED TO THE TOP OF THE GRIPPING SURFACE.
  
 4) SHEET A4.0 REVISION # 1 INDICATES A RC5, NOT FOUND
 ON THE INTERIOR SECTION ELEVATION NOTES. 2010 WEST PALM
 BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER
 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
