 REVIEW WILL TAKE PLACE AS 4TH FLOOR. CORRECT THE PERMIT

 A HIGH RISE BUILDING IS DEFINED BY ITS HEIGHT (OCCUPIED
 FLOOR GREATER THAN 75? ABOVE LOWEST LEVEL OF FIRE DEPT.
 VEHICULAR ACCESS);
 NOT THE NUMBER OF FLOORS. AS A NOTE, THE NEXT EDITION
 OF THE CODE WILL ALLOW THE DELETION OF LOBBIES FOR AN
 ELEVATOR IN A HIGH RISE
 BUILDING THAT DOES NOT SERVE FLOORS OVER 75 FEET ABOVE
 THE LOWEST LEVEL OF FIRE DEPARTMENT VEHICLE ACCESS.
 I.E. THE LOWER FLOORS OF
 A HIGH RISE BUILDING SERVED BY AN ELEVATOR SERVING ONLY
 THE LOWER FLOORS. (THE FIRST 5 STORIES, IF THEY DO NOT
