 FBC 107.3.5.3 RESIDENTIAL (ONE AND TWO-FAMILY) &
 R322.2.1 ELEVATION REQUIREMENTS. BUILDINGS AND
 STRUCTURES IN FLOOD HAZARD AREAS NOT DESIGNATED AS
 COASTAL A ZONES SHALL HAVE THE LOWEST FLOORS ELEVATED
 TO OR ABOVE THE DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATION. PROVIDE FLOOD
 DESIGN INFORMATION ON A PROPOSED SURVEY AND PROVIDE
 FLOOD ELEVATION CERTIFICATE.
  
 FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THOSE
 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC RULE 9N-3 REVIEWED
 AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
 SPECIFICALLY, PROVIDE ROOF COVERING SYSTEM REVIEWED BY
 HAROLD J. SMITH. PROVIDE DESIGN PRESSURE.
  
 FBC 107.3.5.3 - PROVIDE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA AS TO RISK
 CATAGOREY, WIND SPEED AND EXPOSURE, PROVIDE DESIGN
 LOADS/DESIGN PRESSURES PURSUANT TO FBC-R301.2.
 IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THE WORK IS SUBSTANTIALLY
 COMPLETE. ACCORDINGLY, PLEASE BE ADVISED THE INSPECTOR
 MAY REQUIRE PREVIOUSLY COMPLETED WORK TO BE MADE
 ACCESSIBLE AND OPEN FOR INSPECTION OR REQUIRE
 ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION FOR ALL CONCEALED WORK
 PREVIOUSLY COMPLETED PURSUANT TO FBC 110 & FBC 117.
 FBC 110.1 GENERAL. CONSTRUCTION OR WORK FOR WHICH A
 PERMIT IS REQUIRED SHALL BE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION BY
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL AND SUCH CONSTRUCTION OR WORK
 SHALL REMAIN ACCESSIBLE AND EXPOSED FOR INSPECTION
 PURPOSES UNTIL APPROVED.
 FBC 117 - THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY REQUIRE TESTS OR
 TEST REPORTS AS PROOF OF COMPLIANCE. REQUIRED TESTS ARE
 TO BE MADE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE OWNER, OR AGENT, BY AN
 APPROVED TESTING LABORATORY OR OTHER APPROVED AGENCY.
  
 THE APPLICATION APPEARS UNDERVALUED.
  
 FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
