 1. PLEASE SUBMIT APPLICATIONS FOR A DEVELOPMENT PERMIT
 AND RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT FROM THE ENGINEERING
 DEPARTMENT. APPLICATION FORMS CAN BE FOUND AT
 HTTP://WPB.ORG/ENGINEERING/FORMS-AND-PUBLICATIONS/
 (SECTIONS 2-421 AND 78-432, CODE OF ORDINANCES)
  
 2. PLEASE CLARIFY WHICH VERTICAL DATUM HAS BEEN USED
 FOR THE PLANS. SECTION 78-9 OF THE CITY?S CODE OF
 ORDINANCES SPECIFIES NGVD 1929 AS THE OFFICIAL CITY
 VERTICAL DATUM.
  
 3. CONSIDER USING A DOUBLE ROW OF SILT FENCE ALONG THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR THE STUB CANAL TO AS ADDITIONAL
 PROTECTION FOR THE CITY?S CANAL.
  
 4. PLEASE SHOW THE EXISTING DRAINAGE PIPES AND MANHOLES
 ON THE PLANS. SKETCH AND LEGAL FOR DRAINAGE EASEMENT
 WILL NEED TO BE PREPARED AND SUBMITTED TO WPB PUBLIC
 WORKS DEPARTMENT. PLEASE CONTACT KELLY CRANFORD

 THE EXISTING UTILITY INFORMATION.
  
 5. REVISE THE PLANS TO SHOW THE EASEMENTS RESERVED
 UNDER RESOLUTION 139-72 (15 FT DRAINAGE EASEMENT 6 FT
 UTILITY EASEMENT).
  
 6. WILL THE PERVIOUS CONCRETE PROPOSED TO BE USED ON
 THE PARKING LOT BE ABLE TO SUPPORT WEIGHT OF FIRE AND
 PARAMEDICAL EQUIPMENT (32 TONS)?
  
 7. THE DUMPSTER WILL BE SERVICED BY OUR REFUSE TRUCKS,
 WHICH HAVE A WEIGHT OF APPROXIMATELY 20,000 POUNDS PER
 AXLE. THE PERVIOUS AREA, WHICH IS PROPOSED WHERE THE
 TRUCKS FRONT TIRES WOULD BE LOCATED WHILE THE TRUCK
 EMPTIES THE DUMPSTER, IS NOT CAPABLE OF SUPPORTING THE
 WEIGHT OF THE TRUCK. REVISE THE PLANS TO INCLUDE HEAVY
 TRAFFIC RATED ASPHALT OF CONCRETE IN THIS AREA.
  
 8. CORRECT THE PROJECT ADDRESS ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS
 TO 1101 CHARLES STREET INSTEAD OF 1001.
  
 9. THE PARKING ON CHARLES STREET DOES NOT MEET THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 94-313(2) WHICH REQUIRES A
 MINIMUM CORNER CLEAR DISTANCE OF 50 FEET. THE EXISTING
 PARKING LOT CONFIGURATION WAS APPROVED ONLY FOR
 TEMPORARY PARKING. REVISE THE SITE LAYOUT TO MEET THE
 CITY?S CODE OF ORDINANCES.
  
 10. VERIFY THAT THE PROPOSED SIZE AND QUANTITY OF TRASH
 BINS IS APPROPRIATE FOR THE WASTE YARDAGE ANTICIPATED
 TO BE GENERATED BY THE COMPLEX.
  
 11. DETAILS OF THE STORMWATER, POTABLE WATER, SANITARY
 SEWER AND SANITATION DESIGN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF
 THE ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL APPLICATION. THE
 PROJECT IS WITHIN THE C-51 DRAINAGE BASIN WHICH HAS
 LIMITATIONS ON FILL AND IS ALSO WITHIN FLOOD ZONE A9.
