 1- ACCORDING TO FRONT VIEW OF THE HOUSE TAKEN FROM THE
 PALM BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISAL WEBSITE, THE FRONT
 PORCH IS AN SCREENED PORCH. SEE ATTACHED COPY OF THE
 FRONT ELEVATION. SKETCH SUBMITTED IS TO CHANGE WINDOWS.
 WORK DESCRIPTION OF WINDOW CHANGE IS INCORRECT. CORRECT
 DESCRIPTION IS TO ENCLOSE PORCH. PROVIDE COMPLETE
 PLANS, DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PORCH
 ENCLOSURE SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH DESIGN LOADS OF SEC.
 R301.1 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 2- IF ENCLOSING THE PORCH, THEN TAKE THE FLOOR PLANS TO
 PALM BEACH COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT
 FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY
 OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. REQUIRED BY THE COUNTY
 IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT
 CODE.
  
 3- IF ENCLOSING THE PORCH, THEN ENERGY CALCULATIONS ARE
 REQUIRED. SEC. 101.4.3 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 4- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW
  
 5- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) THE EXTERIOR DOOR.
  
 B) ALL STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED BY THE DESIGNER
 ON PLANS REQUIRED BY ITEM #1 ABOVE.
  
 C) HURRICANE SHUTTERS AND COMPLETE INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE. WINDOWS NEED IMPACT PROTECTION AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC.R301.2.1.2 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 6- DESIGNER OF RECORD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PLANS
 REQUIRED ON ITEM #1 TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 1047.3.4.1 OF
 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 7- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES. REVISE THE VALUATION AS REQUIRED.
