 COMMENTS FROM FIRST REVIEW HAVE NOT BEEN ADDRESSED.
 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) SUBMIT TWO SETS OF STRUCTURAL PLANS FOR THE NEW WALL
 AND FOUNDATION. SPECIFY THE MATERIALS THAT WILL BE USED
 TO BUILD THE WALL. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS OF THE FOOTINGS
 AND THE WALL. SPECIFY THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF THE
 REINFORCING STEEL THAT WILL BE USED. FBC 107.2.1 & FBCR
 301.1
  
 2) FBC 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS. BUILDING
 PLANS SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE UPON
 SUBSTANTIAL PAPER, CLOTH OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE MEDIUM.
 THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE,
 SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO
 RECORDS MANAGEMENT.
  
 3) FBC 107.2.1 - INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND
 ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF
 THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN.
  
 4) FS 481.229 -EXCEPTIONS; EXEMPTIONS FROM LICENSURE.
 (1) NO PERSON SHALL BE REQUIRED TO QUALIFY AS AN
 ARCHITECT IN ORDER TO MAKE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
 FOR, OR SUPERVISE THE ERECTION, ENLARGEMENT, OR
 ALTERATION OF:
 (B) ANY ONE-FAMILY OR TWO-FAMILY RESIDENCE BUILDING,
 TOWNHOUSE, OR DOMESTIC OUTBUILDING APPURTENANT TO ANY
 ONE-FAMILY OR TWO-FAMILY RESIDENCE, REGARDLESS OF COST;
