 BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION, 107.2.1
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHALL
 CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE,
 AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS
 ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES.
 107.3.5 MINIMUM PLAN REVIEW CRITERIA FOR BUILDINGS,
 107.3.5.1.1 COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS:
 OCCUPANCY GROUP AND SPECIAL OCCUPANCY REQUIREMENTS
 SHALL BE DETERMINED.
 MINIMUM TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE DETERMINED (SEE
 TABLE 503). NOTE THIS IS A HIGH RISE CONTSTRUCTION
 FIRE-RESISTANT CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS SHALL INCLUDE
 THE FOLLOWING COMPONENTS: TENANT SEPARATION WALLS
 FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS SHALL INCLUDE:
 EARLY WARNING SMOKE EVACUATION SYSTEMS

 ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

 DRINKING FOUNTAINS
  
 2) THE EXISTING FLOOR PLAN VS THE PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN
 THE BOTTOM LEFT IT APPEARS WALLS ARE BEING REMOVED IN
 ANOTHER TENANT SPACE. THE BOTTOM LEFT EXISTING SHOWS A
 DOORWAY TO THE COMMON AREA, THE PROPOSED PLAN WHICH
 REMOVES 2 SMALL WALLS DOES NOT HAVE A ENTRY DOOR.
 PROVIDE A EXISTING BUILDING PLAN AND A NEW PROPOSED
 PLAN. THE SUBMITTED PLANS ARE CONFUSING TO WHERE THE
 WORK AREA IS LOCATED.
  
 3) ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION AS WELL AS PLANS IDENTIFY
 THE TENANT SUITE NUMBER WHERE WORK IS TO BE PREFORMED.
 THE APPLICATION INDICATES THE FOURTH FLOOR. IS THIS A
 NEW TENNANT SUITE BEING CARVED OUT OF ANOTHER SUITE?
 2010 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION,107.2.1 INFORMATION ON
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTSCONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE
 AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED.F] 501.2 ADDRESS
 IDENTIFICATION.
  
 4) 1018.4 DEAD ENDS.
 WHERE MORE THAN ONE EXIT OR EXIT ACCESS DOORWAY IS
 REQUIRED, THE EXIT ACCESS SHALL BE ARRANGED SUCH THAT
 THERE ARE NO DEAD ENDS IN CORRIDORS MORE THAN 20 FEET
 (6096 MM) IN LENGTH.
 EXCEPTIONS:
 1. IN OCCUPANCIES IN GROUP I-3 OF OCCUPANCY CONDITION
 2, 3 OR 4 (SEE SECTION 308.4), THE DEAD END IN A
 CORRIDOR SHALL NOT EXCEED 50 FEET .
 2. IN OCCUPANCIES IN GROUPS B, E, F, I-1, M, R-1, R-2,
 R-4, S AND U, WHERE THE BUILDING IS EQUIPPED THROUGHOUT
 WITH AN AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 SECTION 903.3.1.1, THE LENGTH OF THE DEAD-END CORRIDORS
 SHALL NOT EXCEED 50 FEET (15 240 MM).
 3. A DEAD-END CORRIDOR SHALL NOT BE LIMITED IN LENGTH
 WHERE THE LENGTH OF THE DEAD-END CORRIDOR IS LESS THAN
 2.5 TIMES THE LEAST WIDTH OF THE DEAD-END CORRIDOR.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW CAN NOT BE MADE AT THIS TIME, AS A
 RESULT OF THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUESTED
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY APPEAR THAT WERE NOT PART OF
 THIS REVIEW.
