 PARKING : CITY MUNI CODE REQUIRES A DOUBLE STRIPE

 ACCESSIBLE EXITS
 THE LARGER OF THE 2 TENANTCIES REQUIRES 2 EXITS BECAUSE
 THE OCCUPANT LOAD IS OVER 50 OCCUPANTS (74 OCCUPANTS).
 THIS REQUIRES 2 EXITS FBC-B TABLE 1015.1. THE 2010 FBC-
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE 207.1 REFERS TO THE 2003 IBC-B 1007.
 2003 IBC-B 1007.1 WHERE MORE THAN ONE MEANS OF EGRESS
 IS REQUIRED BY SECTION 1014.1 OR 1018.1 FROM ANY
 ACCESSIBLE SPACE, EACH ACCESIBLE PORTION OF THE SPACE
 SHALL BE SERVED BY NOT LESS THAN TWO ACCESSIBLE MEANS
 OF EGRESS. THE BACK EXIT DOES NOT SHOW AN ACCESIBLE
 EXIT DISCHARGE, YOU WOULD HAVE TO TRAVEL WITH A
 WHEELCHAIR BEHIND PARKED CARS THERE IS NO ACCESSIBLE
 WALKWAY TO TRAVEL ON TO GETTO THE PUBLIC WAY.

 A C EXPOSURE. THE COMMENT RESPONSE INDICATED THE WINDOW
 & DOOR PRESSURES COULD NOW BE FOUND ON THE ELEVATION
 SHEET A-3.0.
  
 4A) THE PRESURES REPRESENTED ON THIS SHEET APPEAR TO BE
 TAKEN AS A B EXPOSURE AT 15 FT.
  
 4B) THE COMMENT RESPONSE ALSO INDICATED THE ROOFING
 PRESSURES ARE TO BE FOUND ON SHEET S2.1. THESE
 PRESSURES ALSO APPEAR TO BE LOW AS TAKEN AS A B
 EXPOSURE AT 15 FT. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THE PARAPET IS LESS
 THAN 3 FEET IN HEIGHT WHICH WILL MEAN THERE IS A ROOF
 CORNER ZONE AND HIGHER ASSOCIATED PRESSURES. THE
 ELEVATIONS SHOWN ON A-3.0 OF THE BAR JOIST, IS THE
 JOIST BEARING POINT. THE VERTICAL HEIGHT OF THE BAR
 JOIST, B-DECK, AND 6 INCHES OF INSULATION (ENERGY
 CALCS.) PUTS THE APPROX. MEAN FINISH ROOF HEIGHT AT
 18FT. 10 INCHES TO 18 FT. 11 IN., THE TOP OF PARAPET IS
 AT 21 FT. 4 IN. OR LESS THAN 3 FT OF PARAPET.

 SUB-CATEGORY OF PRODUCTS OR CONSTRUCTION SYSTEMS THAT
 WILL REQUIRE PRODUCT APPROVALS:
 (31)(D) ROOFING PRODUCTS AND ASSEMBLIES NO SUB-SYSTEM
 HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED, ENHANCED FASTENING WILL BE
 REQUIRED FOR THE ROOF INSULATION AS WELL AS THE ROOFING
 SYSTEM, SEE IF LIMITATION #7 OR #9.
 (G) PRE-ENGINEERED A/C STANDS/ ROOF TOP CURBS
  
 5A) WITH ROOF TOP A/C CONDENSORS THE M6.1 INDICATES THE
 USE OF ROOF TOP CURBS, THERE IS NO FRAMING DETAILS FOR
 THE ANCHORING OF THE ROOF TOP CURBS, NOR DOES THE PLANS
 PROVIDE THE AMOUNT OF FASTENERS, AND SIZE OF FASTENERS
 IT WILL TAKE TO ANCHOR THE CURB TO THE ROOF FRAMING.
 THE PLANS ALSO WILL NEED TO PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE
 ANCHORING THE ROOF TOP UNITS TO THE ROOF CURB.
  
 6) ROOFING APPROVAL ONCE THE SUB-SYSTEM IS
 IDENTIFIED.2010 FBC 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE
 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9N-03
 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR
 JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
