 TO CHECK IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK COUNTY
 STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE.
 REQUIRED BY THE COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF THE
 UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 2- PROJECT INFORMATION & DESIGN CRITERIA ON SHEET A-1:
 A) SPECIFY THE ATTIC LIVE LOAD AS REQUIRED BY TABLE
 R301.5 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 B) REVISE THE ROOF PITCH TO MATCH PLANS. SEC. 107.2.1
 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.

 SIZE AND PROVIDE LEGIBLE SPECS FOR THE TAPCON SIZE.

 6- ROOF SHEATHING SPECIFICATIONS ON SHEET A-4:

 RING SHANK NAILS. REVISE NAIL TYPE SPECS ON THE FLOOR &
 ROOF SHEATHING FASTENER DETAIL AND ROOF SHEATHING
 DETAIL ON SHEET A-4. OTHERWISE, PROVIDE CALCULATIONS
 SHOWING THAT THE PROPOSED NAIL WILL PROVIDE EQUAL OR
 BETTER VALUES THAN THE 8D RING SHANK NAIL. SEC.

 AMENDMENTS.
  
 11- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. VALUATION WILL BE UPDATED ONCE THE ENGINEER
 PROVIDES THE AREA TABULATION AS REQUESTED ON ITEM #4(A)
 ABOVE.
