 THIS IS A HIGHRISE BUILDING, THE 2010 FBC-B 708.14.1
 REQUIRES ELEVATOR LOBBIES EVEN IF THIS PORTION OF THE
 BUILDING IS ONLY 5 STORIES TALL OR MEET ONE OF THE
 SEVEN EXCEPTIONS, THIS IS CONSIDERED NEW WORK. 2010
 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 701.3
 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS,
 SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING. THE M3 SHEET
 DOES SHOW SF-1 FAN PRESSURIZING THE ELEVATOR SHAFTWAY.
 THE SHEET M2 NOTE2 ONCE THE SMOKE ALARM CLOSES VANT #
 1, THE VENTS LABELED # 2 WILL OPEN ON ACTUATION OF
 SMOKE ALARM OTHERWISE THEY ARE SET AND OPERATE AS A
 BAROMETER PRESSURE SENSOR.
  
 2) THE HOISTWAY WALLS AND ELEVATOR MACHINE ROOM WILL
 REQUIRE 2 HOUR FIRE RATED WALLS, UNDER THE SHAFTWAY
 PERMIT, THE ELEVATOR MACHINE ROOM DOOR IDENTIFIED AS
 DOOR (H) WILL NEED TO HAVE 1 1/2 HOUR OPENING
 PROTECTIVE. 2010 FBC-B 3006.4 MACHINE ROOMS AND
 MACHINERY SPACES &
 TABLE 715.4 OPENING PROTECTIVE TABLE 715.4.
  
 3) A LETTER FROM THE QUALIFIER OF BOTH THE ELEVATOR
 SHAFT CONTRACTOR (FASTRACK CORPORATION) AND TENANT
 BUILD-OUT CONTRACTOR MUST BE PROVIDED 7) BEFORE TENANT
 BUILD-OUT PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED, IF THE TENANT BUILD-OUT
 CONTRACTOR WISHES TO START WORK BEFORE THE ELEVATOR
 SHAFT HAS RECEIVED A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION,
 AGREEING THEY WILL WORK TOGETHER TO ACHIEVE CODE
 COMPLIANCE. THESE DOCUMENTS WILL NEED TO BE SIGNED BY
 THE QUALIFIER . PLEASE PROVIDE THE PERMIT NUMBER,
 ADDRESS WITH SUITE NUMBER WITHIN THE DOCUMENT.
  
 4) THE MAIN DOUBLE ENTRY DOORS TO THIS TENANT SPACE ARE
 WITHIN AN ATRIUM AND WILL NEED TO BE 1 HOUR FIRE RATED
 DOORS. 2010 FBC-B 404.6 ENCLOSURE OF ATRIUMS. ATRIUM
 SPACES SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM ADJACENT SPACES BY A
 1-HOUR FIRE BARRIER CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 SECTION 707 OR A HORIZONTAL ASSEMBLY CONSTRUCTED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 712, OR BOTH. PLEASE SEE
 EXCEPTION # 3 FOR AN ACTIVE SMOKE CONTROL SYSTEM FOR
 THE ATRIUM.
