 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) SECTION 94-207(D)(8) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS STATES, "ANY SOURCE OF
 ILLUMINATION LOCATED WITHIN A COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE
 FOOTCANDLE AT OR BEYOND THE BOUNDARIES OF SUCH
 DEVELOPMENT". THE PLANS SHOW THE FOOT CANDLE LEVELS
 BETWEEN 3.0 AND 4.9 AT THE "ESTIMATED BOUNDARY" OF THE
 SEDONA COMMONS COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (CPD)
 WITHIN THE BENOIST FARMS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT THE ORIGINALLY APPROVED LIGHTING FOR THE BANK
 COMPLIED WITH THIS REQUIREMENT.
  
 2) PROVIDE A SURVEY OF THE SPECIFIC BOUNDARY OF THE
 SEDONA COMMONS CPD AND SHOW THE TRUE BOUNDARY ON THE
 PLAN WITH THE ILLUMINATION CALCULATIONS. THIS PLAN
 SHALL VERIFY THAT THE 1.0 FOOTCANDLE REQUIREMENT IS NOT
 EXCEEDED BY THE NEWLY PROPOSED LIGHTS.
  
 3) SECTION 94-309(A) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS STATES, "ALL OUTDOOR LIGHTING SHALL BE
 SHIELDED TO REDUCE GLARE AND SHALL BE ARRANGED TO
 REFLECT LIGHT OR GLARE AWAY FROM ALL ADJACENT
 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, ADJACENT RESIDENCES, OR PUBLIC
 THOROUGHFARES". THE NEW WALL PACKS, AS SHOWN ON THE
 PLANS, DO NOT CONTAIN SHIELDING TO PREVENT GLARE ONTO
 THE ADJACENT PUBLIC THOROUGHFARES OF OKEECHOBEE
 BOULEVARD AND BENOIST FARMS ROAD.
