 APPEARS TO BE THE SAME PLAN THAT WAS SUBMITTED FOR
 PERMIT UNDER THE MASTER. THE SCOPE OF THE MASTER
 PERMIT, 13100744, WAS "DEMO OF INTERIOR NON BEARING
 WALLS, DEMO OF BUILT IN FURNITURE."
  
 THE SCOPE OF THIS REVISION IS "REMOVAL OF INTERIOR
 WALL."

 REPLACEMENT FOR: SKY 309" AND "PERMIT REVIEW SET
 1-31-2014."
  
 THE TWO PLANS APPEAR VERY SIMILAR, AND NOTHING IS
 CLOUDED TO SHOW WHAT HAS CHANGED. BASED ON WRITTEN
 DESCRIPTIONS OF WORK, THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR THIS
 REVISION HAS ALREADY BEEN REVIEWED AND ISSUED (DEMO OF
 INTERIOR WALLS, BUILT IN FURNITURE).
  
 IF CONTRACTOR WISHES TO EXTEND THE SCOPE OF THE PERMIT
 ALREADY ISSUED, REVISE THE PLAN TO DEPICT WORK COVERED
 UNDER THE DEMO PERMIT 13100744 AND INDICATE WORK TO BE
 COVERED UNDER THE REVISION.
  
 2. PER CONVERSATION WITH OWNER, STAIR DEMO IS NOT
 INCLUDED IN THE SCOPE OF THIS PERMIT. PER OUR ISSUED
 PERMIT, SCOPE OF ORIGINAL PERMIT IS LIMITED TO THE
 PERMIT DESCRIPTION, ALTHOUGH THE PLAN SHOWS ADDITIONAL
 DEMOLITION. IF IT IS DETERMINED THAT A REVISION IS
 REQUIRED, THIS REVISION WILL BE ISSUED WITH PROVISO.
