 1. PRIOR TO PASSING FINAL INSPECTION, A SEPARATE
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT APPLICATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED. THE
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT APPLICATION SHALL INCLUDE TWO (2) SETS
 OF SIGNED/SEALED LANDSCAPE PLANS AND A CERTIFIED COST
 ESTIMATE (MATERIALS + LABOR). ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIAL
 SHALL ALSO BE INSTALLED AND PASS FINAL INSPECTION
 BEFORE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY/COMPLETION.
  
 2. THE TEMPORARY MODULAR STRUCTURE CONTAINING THE
 LOCKER AND RESTROOM FACILITIES SHALL BE REMOVED PRIOR
 TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY (CO) FOR
 THE PERMANENT RECREATION BUILDING. EVERY EFFORT SHOULD
 BE MADE TO RELOCATE THE TREES/PALMS LOCATED AROUND THE
 TEMPORARY STRUCTURE.

 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.
