 1) ONLY ONE SET OF STATE APPROVED PLANS AND ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS WERE SUBMITTED, (2) SETS REQUIED.
 107.2.1.3
  
 2) PROVIDE DATES WHEN THIS BUILDING IS TO BE OCCUPIED
 DATE START AND DATE FINISHED WHEN BUILDING IS TO BE
 REMOVED, THE TERM TEMORARY IS 180 DAYS, OTHERWISE IT IS
 CONSIDERED A PERMANENT STRUCTURE. 108.1 GENERAL. THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL IS AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE A PERMIT FOR
 TEMPORARY STRUCTURES AND TEMPORARY USES. SUCH PERMITS
 SHALL BE LIMITED AS TO TIME OF SERVICE, BUT SHALL NOT
 BE PERMITTED FOR MORE THAN 6MONTHS. THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL IS AUTHORIZED TO GRANT EXTENSIONS FOR
 DEMONSTRATED CAUSE.
  
 2) MISSING SITE PLANS SHOWING THE LOCATION OF THE
 BUILDING. 107.2.5 THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED
 WITH THE APPLICATION FOR PERMIT SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY
 A SITE PLAN SHOWING TO SCALE THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF
 NEW CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING STRUCTURES ON THE SITE,
 DISTANCES FROM LOT LINES, THE ESTABLISHED STREET GRADES
 AND THE PROPOSED FINISHED GRADES AND, AS APPLICABLE,
 FLOOD HAZARD AREAS, FLOODWAYS, AND DESIGN FLOOD
 ELEVATIONS; AND IT SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN
 ACCURATE BOUNDARY LINE SURVEY. IN THE CASE OF
 DEMOLITION, THE SITE PLAN SHALL SHOW CONSTRUCTION TO BE
 DEMOLISHED AND THE LOCATION AND SIZE OF EXISTING
 STRUCTURES AND CONSTRUCTION THAT ARE TO REMAIN ON THE
 SITE OR PLOT. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL IS AUTHORIZED TO
 WAIVE OR MODIFY THE REQUIREMENT FOR A SITE PLAN WHEN
 THE
 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT IS FOR ALTERATION OR REPAIR OR
 WHEN OTHERWISE WARRANTED.
 107.2.5.1 DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATIONS. WHERE DESIGN FLOOD
 ELEVATIONS ARE NOT SPECIFIED, THEY SHALL BE ESTABLISHED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1612.3.1.
  
 3) PLEASE REVIEW STATE APPROVED PLANS AND SITE
 INSTALLED ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PLANS.
 3.1 RAMPS, STAIRS & LANDINGS, WILL NEED TO SHOW
 ENGINEERING.
 3.2 DRINKING FOUNTAINS, BUILDING DRAIN AND SERVICE SINK
 AND HOOK UP TO PLUMBING
 3.3 GLAZED OPENING PROTECTION, (SHUTTERS) PRODUCT
 APPROVALS
 3.4 GUTTER AND DOWN SPOUTS
  
 4) IF THIS IS TO BE A PERMANENT STRUCTURE, BEFORE A
 PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE
 PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL PERMIT SET OF
 PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE
 PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION. PLEASE
