 1- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR NEW MASTER BEDROOM DOOR AS SHOWN ON
 PLANS.
  
 2- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ABOVE PRODUCT APPROVAL AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 OF CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 3- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO SPECIFY THE DESIGN PRESSURES
 FOR NEW MASTER BEDROOM EXTERIOR DOOR. SEC. R301.1 OF
 2010 FBC.
  
 4- PROPOSED SECOND FLOOR TERRACE AND EXISTING FIREPLACE
 TERMINATION CREATES A HAZARD. REVISE PLANS TO SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE FIREPLACE TERMINATION AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R1003.9.
  
 5- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 INSTALLATION OF THE NEW T & G CYPRESS CEILING AND CROWN
 MOLDING IN THE NEW LOGGIA CEILING. SEC. R703.1.3.
  
 6- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 TERRACE FLOORING AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R903.1.
  
 7- SHEET S100: ENGINEER TO CLARIFY WHY THE DESIGN
 CRITERIA FOR THIS NEW LOGGIA AND TERRACE IS "ENCLOSED".
 SEE DEFINITION FOR ENCLOSED BUILDING SEC. 26.2 OF ASCE
 7-10 AND REVISE INFORMATION AND DESIGN PRESSURES AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 8- BASED ON THE SPECIAL TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION SHOWN ON
 PLANS THE VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 IS TOO LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND THE PROFESSIONAL
 DESIGNERS FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC. UPDATE VALUATION AS REQUIRED.
  
 9- BASED ON THE SPECIAL TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION SHOWN ON
 PLANS (8" ELEVATED CONCRETE SLAB WITH FC = 5000 PSI) AN
 SPECIAL INSPECTOR WILL BE REQUIRED BY SEC. 110.3.9 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 10- BASED ON THE SPECIAL TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION SHOWN ON
 PLANS ENGINEER OF RECORD TO PROVIDE SHORING DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS. SEC. 107.2.1.3 CITY AMENDMENTS.
