 1. THIS PARCEL IS LOCATED IN A SPECIAL HAZARD FLOOD
 AREA. EITHER PROVIDE A SURVEY WITH SPOT ELEVATIONS TO
 SHOW THAT PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT IS ABOVE BFE OR REVISE
 PLAN TO INDICATE THAT IT HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO RESIST
 FLOOD LOADS, FBC 2010 RESIDENTIAL 301.2.4.
  
 2. SITE PLAN SHOWS A PROPOSED ADDITION. AS NEW
 PRELIMINARY MAPS HAVE BEEN ISSUED AND WE ARE CURRENTLY
 IN THE "PUBLIC COMMENT AND APPEAL" PERIOD (90 DAYS),
 AND OUR ORDINANCE WILL CHANGE IN THE NEAR FUTURE, IT IS
 STRONGLY SUGGESTED THAT AN ELEVATION CERTIFICATE IS
 PROVIDED AT THIS TIME FOR EVALUATION AND GUIDANCE. THIS
 MAY BE EMAILED DIRECTLY TO ME. THE INTENT IS TO
 DETERMINE AFFECT OF CURRENT CONDITIONS ON THE PROPOSED
 ADDITION, EVALUATION OF THE EFFECT OF THE PROPOSED MAPS
 ON THE PROPERTY, FLOOD MITIGATION, AND ANY ASSISTANCE
 WE MAY BE ABLE TO OFFER. THIS IS VOLUNTARY AND IS
 UNRELATED TO THIS PERMIT (NOT REQUIRED FOR PERMIT
 ISSUANCE).
  
 3. THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT IS IN AN AREA OF KNOWN
 QUESTIONABLE SOILS. HOW HAS ARCHITECT DETERMINED THAT
 THE SOIL HAS A BEARING CAPACITY OF 2500 PSF? SEE FBC
 2010 RESIDENTIAL 401.4. EITHER PROVIDE A GEOTECHNICAL
 REPORT OR HAVE ARCHITECT CONTACT ME TO DISCUSS. THIS
 REQUIREMENT MAY BE REMOVED UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS
 AFTER DISCUSSION WITH ARCHITECT.
  
 4. VALUE IS TO INCLUDE LABOR, MATERIALS, OVERHEAD,
 PROFIT, ENGINEERING/ARCHTECTURE, FBC 109. PROVIDE A
 COPY OF THE CONTRACT FOR THIS JOB.
  
 5. PROVIDE EASEMENT CONSENTS FROM THE UTILITY
 COMPANIES; CONSTRUCTION PROPOSED IN AN EASEMENT.
