 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) ON SHEET SP-1 THE OCCUPANCY TYPE IS INCORRECTLY
 SPECIFIED AS R-3. THIS STRUCTURE IS A DETACHED PRIVATE
 GARAGE THAT IS BEING CONVERTED TO A UTILITY SPACE.
 BASED ON THE PLANS THIS IS NON-HABITABLE SPACE. IT IS A
 GROUP U OCCUPANCY. FBC 312
  
 2) ON SHEET SP-1 THE CONSTRUCTION TYPE IS SPECIFIED AS
 TYPE V AND IT SHOULD BE TYPE V-B. FBC 601
  
 3) THE PRODUCT APPROVAL THAT WAS SUBMITTED FOR THE
 STORM PANELS HAS CONFLICTING INFORMATION MARKED. THE
 DIRECT MOUNT INSTALLATION ( SECTION 8) WAS SELECTED ON
 SHEET 4 OF 15. THIS SYSTEM CAN NOT BE USED WITH THE
 TAPCON ANCHORS THAT IS MARKED ON SHEET 10 OF 13. THE
 ANCHORS REQUIRED FOR THIS SYSTEM IS PANELMATES,
 CALK-IN, SOLID SET OR CF TAP-GRIP.
  
 4) THE VALUE OF $1800.00 IS TOO LOW FOR THIS SCOPE OF
 WORK. ALL OF THE WORK THAT WAS DONE TO THE EXISTING
 GARAGE WITHOUT PERMITS OR INSPECTIONS IS REQUIRED TO BE
 INCLUDED IN THE VALUE ( TOTAL REPLACEMENT COST). FBC
 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.

 CLARIFICATION, PLEASE SUBMIT A RESPONSE LETTER
 INDICATING HOW EACH OF THE REVIEW COMMENTS HAS BEEN
 ADDRESSED.
