 THE PLANS THAT WERE RESUBMITTED INDICATE THAT THE
 STRUCTURE WILL BE USED AS A STORAGE/UTILITY ROOM. THIS
 IS NOT CONSIDERED A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY FROM A GARAGE.
 THEREFORE, ONLY THE IMPROVEMENTS THAT WERE DONE WITHOUT
 PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS WILL NEED TO BE ADDRESSED. I
 COULD NOT LOCATE ANY RECORDS THAT INDICATE THAT THE
 WORK TO ADD THE BATHROOM, UTILITY SINK OR TANKLESS GAS
 WATER HEATER TO THE GARAGE WAS DONE WITH THE REQUIRED
 PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS. UNLESS YOU CAN PROVIDE
 DOCUMENTATION THAT THE WORK WAS PERMITTED AND
 INSPECTED, THE WORK WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE
 2010 FBC AND 2008 NEC. ALL OF THE WORK IS REQUIRED TO
 BE PERMITTED AND INSPECTED. YOU CAN CONTACT DIANNE
