 EXISTING. PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES 'REPAIRS',
 HOWEVER, IT APPEARS A COMPLETE REMODEL OF THE ACCESSORY
 STRUCTURE IS PROPOSED. PLEASE CLARIFY ON THE PLANS.
 (FOR EXAMPLE, ARE THE BATHROOM AND STORAGE ROOM
 CURRENTLY EXISTING AND REPAIRS ARE PROPOSED OR ARE
 THESE COMPLETELY NEW INTERIOR SPACES BEING PROPOSED?)
  
 2. PLEASE NOTE THAT USE OF THE RENOVATED ACCESSORY
 STRUCTURE FOR AN ACCESSORY APARTMENT IS NOT PERMITTED
 AT THIS LOCATION. THE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE AN
 ACCESSORY APARTMENT AS THE INTENDED USE, HOWEVER,
 IMPROVEMENTS PROPOSED ARE MORE CONSISTENT WITH AN
 ACCESSORY APARTMENT THAN A HOME OFFICE. KITCHEN/COOKING
 FACILITIES ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE ACCESSORY
 STRUCTURE. PROPOSED REFRIGERATOR SHALL BE 'UNDER
 COUNTER' STYLE ONLY TO MEET THIS INTENT.
