 TO THE RELOCATION TO A SITE THAT HAS A HIGHER DESIGN
 WIND SPEED, MODIFICATION, OR CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY OF A
 MANUFACTURED BUILDING WITHIN THE STATE, THE
 MANUFACTURER, DEALER, OR OWNER THEREOF MAY APPLY TO THE
 DEPARTMENT FOR RECERTIFICATION OF THAT MANUFACTURED
 BUILDING. THE DEPARTMENT SHALL, BY RULE, PROVIDE WHAT
 INFORMATION THE APPLICANT MUST SUBMIT FOR
 RECERTIFICATION AND FOR PLAN REVIEW AND INSPECTION OF
 SUCH MANUFACTURED BUILDINGS AND SHALL ESTABLISH FEES
 FOR RECERTIFICATION. UPON A DETERMINATION BY THE
 DEPARTMENT THAT THE MANUFACTURED BUILDING COMPLIES WITH
 THE APPLICABLE BUILDING CODES, THE DEPARTMENT SHALL

 BY THE DEPARTMENT, THE MANUFACTURER, DEALER, OR OWNER
 OF A MANUFACTURED BUILDING MAY SEEK APPROPRIATE
 PERMITTING AND A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FROM THE
 LOCAL JURISDICTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH PROCEDURES
 GENERALLY APPLICABLE UNDER THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. .
  
 IN GETTING THE BUILDING RECERTIFIED BY THE STATE IT
 WILL REQUIRE 2 EXITS SINCE THE OCCUPANT LOAD WILL
 REQUIRE 2 EXITS FROM EACH BUILDING AND THE OCCUPANT
 LOAD IS OVER 50 SECTION 2010 FBC-B 1008.1.10 PANIC &
 FIRE HARDWARE. THE EXCEPTION #1 WILL ONLY EXEMPT THE
 MAIN ENTRY/ EXIT FROM PANCI HARDWARE SEE EXEMPTION.
  
 3) THE STATE APPROVED PLANS ALSO INDICATE UNDER THE
 HEADING STRUCTURAL LOAD LIMITATIONS (8) THIS BUILDING
 IS NOT DESIGNED TO BE SUBMERGED IF LOCATED IN A FLOOD
 HAZARD AREA. THIS PROPOSED MANUFACTURED BUILDING WILL
 AS ILLUSTRATED, BE LOCATED IN A "AH" FLOODZONE THE BASE
 FLOOD ELEVATION OF 17'-0" NGVD PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 6
 INCHES OF HEIGHT CITY REQUIREMENT SEE CITY MUIN CODE

 THE NEW EC WILL BE PHASED IN ON A VOLUNTARY BASIS UNTIL
 SEPTEMBER 30/ 2013. ALTHOUGH THE OLD VERSION OF THE
 FORM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR DISTRIBUTION, EXISTING
 COPIES MAY BE USED UNTIL SEPTEMBER 30/2013. ELEVATIONS
 CERTIFIED ON OR AFTER OCTOBER 1/2013, MUST BE SUBMITTED

 MODULAR BUILDING SITE, THE GRADES AROUND THE BUILDINGS
 HAS NOT BEEN PROVIDED NOR THE FINISH FLOOR HEIGHT OF
 THESE UNITS. SINCE THESE ARE MANUFACTURED BUILDINGS NOT
 DESIGNED TO BE IN FLOOD ZONES THE BOTTOM OF THE FRAMING
 MEMBERS HAVE TO BE ABOVE THE 18'-0" NGVD. THE DETAILS
 FOR WALKWAYS HAVE NOT PROVIDED GRADE ELEVATIONS, PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE GRADE ELEVATIONS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE
 STAIRS AND RAMPS AS WELL AS THE TOP LANDING AND THE

 THE CONCERN IS THE DETAILS SHOW ONLY A 30" RISE. IF THE
 RISE IS GREATER THAN 30 INCHES A MID LANDING WILL NEED
 TO BE INTRODUCE, THIS WILL AFFECT THE LAYOUT OF THE
 RAMP YSTEM. 2010 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY 405.6 RISE MAXIMUM

 REQUIRING ONE EXIT, WHEN IN REALITY THE OCCUPANT LOAD
 IS 80 OR MORE WHICH REQUIRES 2 EXITS FROM EACH
 MANUFACTURED BUILDINGS. THE SITE PLAN DOES SHOW A
 SECONDARY EXIT AND RAISED WALKWAY, WHAT THE PLANS DO
 NOT SHOW IS COMPLIANCE WITH 2010 FL ACC. CODE 207.1
 GENERAL. MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION
 1003.2.13 OF THE INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE (2000
 EDITION AND 2001 SUPPLEMENT) OR SECTION 1007 OF THE
 INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE (2003 EDITION)
 (INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE, SEE ?REFERENCED STANDARDS?
 IN CHAPTER 1).

 7) THE ENGINEERED FOUNDATIONS FOR THE MANUFACTURED

 WILL THE BLOCKS BE STACKED IN A STACKED DRY FOUNDATION?

 SEALED BY A REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL AND SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL:
 2.1 THE ELEVATION OF THE BOTTOM OF THE LOWEST
 HORIZONTAL STRUCTURAL MEMBER AS REQUIRED BY THE
 FOUNDATION INSPECTION AND THE FINAL INSPECTION IN
 SECTION 110.3.
 2.2 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL INCLUDE A STATEMENT
 THAT THE BUILDING IS DESIGNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASCE
 24, INCLUDING THAT THE PILE OR COLUMN FOUNDATION AND
 BUILDING OR STRUCTURE TO BE ATTACHED THERETO IS
 DESIGNED TO BE ANCHORED TO RESIST FLOTATION, COLLAPSE
 AND LATERAL MOVEMENT DUE TO THE EFFECTS OF WIND AND
 FLOOD LOADS ACTING SIMULTANEOUSLY ON ALL BUILDING
 COMPONENTS, AND OTHER LOAD REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 16.
  
 8) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
