 1) THE SUBMITTED SITE PLAN INDICATE THAT (2) MODULAR
 BUILDINGS ARE BEING MOVED ONTO THIS SITE. UNDER THE 1ST
 REVIEW REVIEW OF PLANS ARE LOADED UNDER SUPPORTING
 DOCUMENTS AND NOT IN THE PLANS SECTION OF THE
 PROGRAM!!!!!!!!!!!
  
 2) NOTE THIS PERMIT WOULD ALSO BE A CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY
 FOR THE MODULAR BUILDINGS SINCE THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 INDICATES THEY ARE GOING TO BE USED FOR CONFERENCE
 ROOMS, THE STATE APPROVED RECERTIFIED MODULAR BUILDING
 WAS RECERTIFIED AS AN EDUCATIONAL OCCUPANCY. THIS MEANS
 IT CAN ONLY BE USED FOR KIDS EDUCATION FROM K-12 GRADE.
 IF THE MODULAR BUILDINGS ARE BEING USED AS CONFERENCE
 ROOMS THE FLOOR LOADING CHANGES. IF THE USAGE AS A
 CONFERENCE ROOM IS NOT FOR CHILDREN K-12 GRADE THEN THE
 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY WILL BE AN A3 OCCUPANCY. THE FLOOR
 LOADING WILL BE 60 PSF IF SEATS ARE FASTENED IN PLACE
 (FROM FACTORY) OTHERWISE THE FLOOR LOADING WILL BE 100
 PSF.
  
 3) THE OTHER ISSUE THAT WE WILL HAVE IS WITH A OCCUPANT
 LOAD OF 50 OR GREATER FOR AN ASSEMBY OCCUPANCY
 1008.1.10 WILL REQUIRE PANIC BAR
 HARDWARE.
  
 4) STATE APPROVED MODULAR BUILDING PLANS ARE NORMALLY
 STATE REVIEWED WITH A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY,THE ORIGINAL
 PLANS UNDER THE 2001 FBC-B WERE A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY.
 TWERE RE-ISSUED UNDER THE 2010 FBC-B AS EDUCATUIONAL,
 IF NOT SERVING CHILDREN BETWEEN THE GRADES K-12TH GRADE
 THEY WILL NEED A REVISION TO THE STATE TO BE
 RECERTIFIED AS A A-3 OCCUPANCY. 2010 FBC-EXISTING
 BUILDING CODE 901.3.
  
 5) 553.375.RECERTIFICATION OF MANUFACTURED
 BUILDINGS.PRIOR TO THE RELOCATION TO A SITE THAT HAS A
 HIGHER DESIGN WIND SPEED, MODIFICATION, OR CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY OF A MANUFACTURED BUILDING WITHIN THE STATE,
 THE MANUFACTURER, DEALER, OR OWNER THEREOF MAY APPLY TO
 THE DEPARTMENT FOR RECERTIFICATION OF THAT MANUFACTURED
 BUILDING. THE DEPARTMENT SHALL, BY RULE, PROVIDE WHAT
 INFORMATION THE APPLICANT MUST SUBMIT FOR
 RECERTIFICATION AND FOR PLAN REVIEW AND INSPECTION OF
 SUCH MANUFACTURED BUILDINGS AND SHALL ESTABLISH FEES
 FOR RECERTIFICATION. UPON A DETERMINATION BY THE
 DEPARTMENT THAT THE MANUFACTURED BUILDING COMPLIES WITH
 THE APPLICABLE BUILDING CODES, THE DEPARTMENT SHALL
 ISSUE A RECERTIFICATION INSIGNIA. A MANUFACTURED
 BUILDING THAT BEARS RECERTIFICATION INSIGNIA DOES NOT
 REQUIRE ANY ADDITIONAL APPROVAL BY AN ENFORCEMENT
 JURISDICTION IN WHICH THE BUILDING IS SOLD OR
 INSTALLED, AND IS CONSIDERED TO COMPLY WITH ALL
 APPLICABLE CODES. AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO RECERTIFICATION
 BY THE DEPARTMENT, THE MANUFACTURER, DEALER, OR OWNER
 OF A MANUFACTURED BUILDING MAY SEEK APPROPRIATE
 PERMITTING AND A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FROM THE
 LOCAL JURISDICTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH PROCEDURES
 GENERALLY APPLICABLE UNDER THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
  
 6) THE STATE APPROVED PLANS ALSO INDICATE UNDER THE
 HEADING STRUCTURAL LOAD LIMITATIONS (8) THIS BUILDING
 IS NOT DESIGNED TO BE SUBMERGED IF LOCATED IN A FLOOD
 HAZARD AREA. THIS PROPOSED MANUFACTURED BUILDING WILL
 AS ILLUSTRATED, BE LOCATED IN A "AH" FLOODZONE THE BASE
 FLOOD ELEVATION OF 17'-0" NGVD PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 6
 INCHES OF HEIGHT CITY REQUIREMENT SEE CITY MUIN CODE
 SECTION 94-546. FOR MANUFACTURED BUILDINGS AS WELL AS
 MOBILE HOMES, THIS ELEVATION IS TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE
 CARRIAGE, NOT FINISH FLOOR. THE STATE APPROVED PLANS
 FOR THE FOUNDATION PAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE PRESSURES
 DUE TO MOVING WATER, A ENGINEERED FOUNDATION PLAN WILL
 BE REQUIRED.
  
 6A) ANY ATTENDANT UTILITES, ELECTRIC & MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT WILL NEED TO BE LOCATED ABOVE THE 17'-6" NGVD
 ELEVATION. CITY MUNI CODE 94-546 .
  
 6B) FBC BUILDING 3110.1.2 / CITY OF WPB CODE OF
 ORDINANCES SECTION 94-546. STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN AN
 "A" FLOOD ZONE. A (3) FLOOD ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WILL
 BE REQUIRED:
 1) TO BE SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT REVIEW FOR THE PROPOSED
 ELEVATION, WITH NOTES!!!!
 2) ONCE THE MANUFACTURED BUILDING IS ISNSTALLED
 3) BEFORE THE ISSUANCE OF C.O. WITH ALL ASSOCIATED
 ELEVATIONS OF ANY ELECTRICAL OR MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT,
 WITH NOTES!!!
  
 FEMA FORM OMB NO. 1660-0008 EXPIRES: JULY 31,2015
 FEMA'S NEW ELEVATION CERTIFICATE (EC) WAS APPROVED FOR
 USE, EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1/ 2012, THROUGH JULY 31/ 2015.
 THE NEW EC WILL BE PHASED IN ON A VOLUNTARY BASIS UNTIL
 SEPTEMBER 30/ 2013. ALTHOUGH THE OLD VERSION OF THE
 FORM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR DISTRIBUTION, EXISTING
 COPIES MAY BE USED UNTIL SEPTEMBER 30/2013. ELEVATIONS
 CERTIFIED ON OR AFTER OCTOBER 1/2013, MUST BE SUBMITTED
 ON THE NEW FORM.

 THE DESIGNER OF RECORD FOR EACH OF THESE DOCUMENTS.
 NOTE THE STAIRS, RAMPS AND LANDINGS DO NOT SHOW HOW
 THEY ARE GOING TO BE ANCHORED, THESE ARE IN A FLOOD
 ZONE. ALSO NOTE SHEET S-1 NOTES ARE TO SMALL TO READ,
 WILL NOT SCAN. 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS.
 BUILDING PLANS SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH
 SCALE UPON SUBSTANTIAL PAPER, CLOTH OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE
 MEDIUM. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY
 ESTABLISH THROUGH DEPARTMENTAL POLICY, OTHER STANDARDS
 FOR PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, IN
 ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO ITS RECORD RETENTION
 PROGRAM. THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH
 THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE, SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR
 OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO RECORDS
 MANAGEMENT. ELECTRONIC MEDIA MUST BE COMPATIBLE WITH
 THE ARCHIVE REQUIREMENTS OF
 FLORIDA STATUTES.
  
 8) PLEASE PROVIDE WHEN THESE BUILDINGS WILL BE OCCUPIED
 START DATE AND END DATE, THE BUILDING CODE DEFINITION
 FOR TEMPORARY IS 180 DAYS, IF LONGER THAN THIS IT IS
 CONSIDERED PERMANENT. MAY NEED TO BE REVIEWED FOR
 IMPACT FEES.
