 NOTE TO CONTRACTOR: ***A #131 FIRE FINAL INSPECTION IS
 NEEDED PRIOR TO OCCUPANCY OF THE MODULAR BUILDING***
  
 RESPONSE COMMENT: ALL OCCUPIED STRUCTURES SHALL BE
 IDENTIFIED WITH ADDRESS (NUMERICAL, LETTER, OR
 IDENTIFIER SUCH AS "TRAILER 1 - 5300 EAST AVENUE").
 ORIGINAL COMMENT: PER SECTION 10.12.1.2 (NFPA 1),
 PROVIDE BUILDING ADDRESS VISIBLE FROM THE STREET.
 NUMBERS SHALL BE ATTACHED TO THE BUILDING AND BE AT
 LEAST SIX-INCHES IN HEIGHT WITH 1-INCH STROKE AND SHALL
 CONTRAST THE BACKGROUND.
  
 RESPONSE COMMENT: TO OBTAIN OPERATIONAL FLEXIBILITY,
 TWO OR THREE FLOOR INTERCHANGEABLE FLOOR PLANS CAN BE
 SUBMITTED FOR PLAN REVIEW; HOWEVER, AN OPEN-ENDED
 "FLEXIBLE" FLOOR PLAN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
 ORIGINAL COMMENT: PROVIDE AN OCCUPANT LOAD AND
 FURNITURE PLAN FOR EACH STRUCTURE. THE PLANS INDICATE
 THE MODULARS ARE FOR EDUCATIONAL AND BUSINESS USE;
 HOWEVER, THE SITE PLAN INDICATES AN ASSEMBLY USE WITH
 GROSS SIZES OF 1,344 SQ.FT. AND 864 SQ.FT.
