 LOCAL GOVERNMENT SHALL IMPOSE A FEE OF FOUR TIMES THE
 FEE FOR PLAN REVIEW, IF PLANS ARE REJECTED (3) OR MORE
 TIMES FOR REPEATED FAILURE TO CORRECT A CODE VIOLATION.

 1) THE COVERSHEET INDICATES THIS BUILDING WAS DESIGNED
 AS A TYPE LLB BUILDING. HOW CAN THE EXISTING BUILDING
 BE A TYPE LLB BUILDING WHEN THE 2010 FBC-B 603.1
 ALLOWABLE MATERIALS. COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS SHALL BE
 PERMITTED IN BUILDINGS OF TYPE I OR II CONSTRUCTION IN
 THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 SECTIONS 603.1.1 THROUGH 603.1.3:
 1. FIRE-RETARDANT-TREATED WOOD SHALL BE PERMITTED IN:
 1.3. ROOF CONSTRUCTION, INCLUDING GIRDERS, TRUSSES,

 REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9N-03 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO
 SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,

 COMPONENTS & CLADDING DESIGN PRESSURES IN VULT
 WIND PRESSURES FOR ZONES 4 & 5 (WALL ZONES)
 PRESSURES ARE LOW FOR WALL ZONE 4
 PRESSURES ARE HIGH FOR WALL ZONE 5 @ 190 MPH.
  
 COMMENT BELOW CHART.
 NOTE. WIND LOADS FOR COMPONENTS AND CLADDING SHALL
 CONFORM TO THE FBC CRITERIA. THE CLADDING SUPPLIERS
 SHALL CONSIDER SHALL CONSIDER INCREASED PRESSURE
 COEFFICIENTS FOR THE COMPONENTS AND CLADDING AND
 DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE WIND LOADS FOR THIER SYSTEMS
 BASED ON ZONE, HEIGTH AND EFFECTIVE WIND AREA.
  
 THE PRESSURES FOR BOTH ZONES 4 & 5 (WALL ZONES) SHOULD
 ALREADY REFLECT THE CORRECT PRESSURES FOR HEIGHT AND
 EXPOSURE. THE PRESSUES MUST MEET THE MINIMUM PRESSURES
 REQUIRED FOR THE WIND ZONE, EXPOSURE AND HEIGHT OF THE
 BUILDING. THE PRESSURES WILL NEED TO BE CORRECTED FOR
 WALL ZONE 4. IF THE DESIGNER OF RECORD DESIGNS TO A
 HIGHER PRESSURE (WALL ZONE #5) THAT IS WHAT THE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS HAVE TO MEET.
  
 PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT SHEET S001 IN THE TITLE STRIP
 LISST THIS SHEET AS PUBLIX SUPPLEMENTAL DOCUMENTS. AS
 DISCUSSED WITH CMG ARCHITECTS THIS MORNING
 IT APPEARS THE THE PUBLIX ARCHITECTS SHOULS BE THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD FOR PUBLIX. THE ISSUE HERE IS PUBLIX
 HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE REST OF THE SHOPPING CENTER.
 THE PUBLIX PERMIT IS THE NEW PUBLIX STORE AND CANOPY.
 THERE SHOULD BE A 3 HOUR WALL THAT SEPARATES THE PUBLIX
 STORE FROM THE REMAINDER OF THE SHOPPING CENTER. ON
 THESE PLANS OMIT THE PORTION THAT DEALS WITHPUBLIX/
 UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT. THIS SHOULD BE A STAND ALONE
 PERMIT THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH PUBLIX, UNLESS THEY
 ARE GOING TO BECOME THE DESIGNER OF RECORD FOR THE
 WHOLE OF THE SHOPPING CENTER.

 BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL BE PERMITTED TO REQUIRE THAT A
 GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION BE CONDUCTED.

 & REMOVE & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS NECESSARY. A
