 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($50,000) EXCEEDS 50
 PERCENT OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($56,168) ACCORDING TO
 THE P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE,
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE
 SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE
 SITE CONFORMS TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A
 LANDSCAPE PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE
 INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES
 NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING
 APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL TO BRING THE SITE
 INTO CONFORMITY.
  
 2.) A NEW A/C UNIT IS PROPOSED IN THE SCOPE OF WORK.
 PROVIDE A SURVEY SHOWING THE LOCATION OF THE EXISTING
 BUILDINGS AND THE LOCATION OF THE A/C UNIT IN
 RELATIONSHIP TO THE PROPERTY LINES.
  
 3.) CLARIFICATION NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED IN THE WORK
 DESCRIPTION IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION AND THE SCOPE OF
 WORK PROVIDED IN THE PLANS. THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 SPECIFIES THAT WORK WILL ONLY BE COMPLETED IN THE
 PRIMARY STRUCTURE; HOWEVER, THE PLANS INDICATE THAT
 IMPROVEMENTS WILL BE DONE ON THE REAR ACCESSORY
 STRUCTURE. PLEASE CONTACT ONE OF THE PERMITTING CLERKS
 AT (561) 805-6700 TO MAKE ANY NECESSARY CORRECTIONS.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED PLANS
