| | SITE CONFORMS TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A |
| | LANDSCAPE PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE |
| | INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES |
| | NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING |
| | APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT |
| | SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL TO BRING THE SITE |
| | INTO CONFORMITY. |
