 1- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 101.4.3 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 2- SHEET A-1:
 A) ENGINEER TO REVISE THE BUILDING EXPOSURE. ACCORDING
 TO SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL , THIS
 BUILDING IS LOCATED IN EXPOSURE "C" NOT "B". REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 B) ENGINEER TO ELECT THE TYPE OF ALTERATION LEVEL AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 401.4 OF 2010 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING.
  
 3- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS. FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL
 FL11120-R7 SUBMITTED WAS REVISED. NEED TO SUBMIT
 CURRENT REVISED FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL FL11120-R10.
  
 B) WINDOW MULLIONS. FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL FL11870-R2
 SUBMITTED WAS REVISED. NEED TO SUBMIT CURRENT REVISED
 FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL FL11870-R3.
  
 4- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVED ABOVE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL. SEC. 107.3.4.1 OF
 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 5- SPECIFY TYPE AND SIZE OF EXISTING BEDROOM WINDOWS TO
 VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF SEC.
 604 OF 2010 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING.
  
 6- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE
 DUE. BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. REQUIRED BY THE COUNTY IMPACT
 FEE ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
 ***NOTE: ACCORDING TO PROPERTY APPRAISAL INFORMATION
 THERE WAS AN ENTRY PORCH IN THE MAIN HOUSE. AND, THERE
 WAS AN STORAGE AREA IN THE REAR STRUCTURE. ALL AREAS
 WERE CONVERTED TO LIVING AREA. PALM BEACH COUNTY TO
 DETERMINE IF FEES ARE DUE OR NOT.
  
 7- SPECIFY CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS IN PLANS AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R315 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 *** PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSE LETTER CLEARLY ADDRESSING
 EACH COMMENT TO EXPEDITE THE REVIEW PROCESS.
 *** CONTRACTOR TO REPLACE ANY REVISED SHEETS.
