 COMMENT(S) TO BE ADDRESSED:
  
 1. THE LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE
 FRONT YARD AREA SHALL BE IMPERVIOUS AREA [ZLDR SEC.
 94-482(A)]. THE FRONT SETBACK FOR THIS PROPERTY IS 10
 FEET AND SHOULD BE UTILIZED FOR THIS CALCULATION.
 PLEASE PROVIDE CALCULATION AND DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE.
 THIS ITEM IS BEING REVIEWED BECAUSE THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION INDICATES INSTALLATION OF THE PAVER
 DRIVEWAY. IF THESE PAVERS WILL BE INSTALLED UNDER A
 SEPARATE PERMIT, PLEASE NOTIFY ME SO THE COMMENT CAN BE
 ADJUSTED.
  
 2. STAFF IS WAITING ON SUBMITTAL AND APPROVAL OF
 CONDITIONAL APPROVAL FORM FOR LANDSCAPING.
  
 GENERAL COMMENT(S):
  
 3. MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT CANNOT ENCROACH INTO A REQUIRED
 SETBACK MORE THAN 4 FEET [ZLDR SEC. 94-305(B)(4)]. A
 NOTATION HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE PLANS.
  
 4. SEPARATE PERMITS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE POOL AND
 POOL EQUIPMENT, GENERATOR, AND LANDSCAPING. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT AT THE TIME OF SUBMITTAL OF THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT,
 PLANTING OF TREES IN THE UTILITY EASEMENT WILL NOT BE
 PERMITTED UNLESS AN EASEMENT CONSENT FORM HAS BEEN
 COMPLETED AND APPROPRIATE APPROVALS RECEIVED.
 ADDITIONALLY, THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT WILL NEED TO INCLUDE
 PROPER SCREENING OF MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT ON THE PLAN.
