 1) THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS WERE LISTED IN RESOLUTION
 NO. 329-13 AS REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE
 FIRST BUILDING PERMIT FOR VERTICAL CONSTRUCTION;
 HOWEVER, UPON ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND CITY
 SURVEYOR REVIEW OF THE PROJECT AND RELATED PLANS, IT
 HAS BEEN DETERMINED THAT THESE CONDITIONS SHALL BE
 ADDRESSED PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY.
  
 A.PROVISO: RECORD EASEMENTS IN FAVOR OF THE CITY FOR
 ANY PUBLIC SIDEWALKS OR UTILITIES ON THE HOTEL OR
 PARKING STRUCTURE PARCELS. ****FINAL EASEMENT LOCATIONS
 WILL BE BASED ON THE AS BUILT SURVEY OF THE SITE.****
  
 B. PROVISO: SECURE A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT FROM THE CITY
 FOR THE RECONFIGURATION OF THE MEDIANS AND INSTALLATION
 OF LANDSCAPE MATERIAL WITHIN THE FLORIDA AVENUE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY. AS PART OF THE RECONFIGURATION OF THE
 MEDIANS, THE APPLICANT SHALL INSTALL APPROPRIATE
 SIGNAGE TO WARN MOTORISTS OF THE MID-BLOCK PEDESTRIAN
 CROSSING ON FLORIDA AVENUE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 LATEST VERSION OF THE MANUAL ON UNIFORM TRAFFIC CONTROL
 DEVICES (MUTCD). ****THE ENGINEERING SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT HAS DETERMINED THAT IT IS TOO PREMATURE TO
 ISSUE A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT SINCE THE ACTUAL
 RIGHT-OF-WAY WORK IS NOT SET TO BEGIN UNTIL THE
 CONSTRUCTION IS FURTHER ALONG.****
  
 C. PROVISO: SECURE A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT FROM THE CITY
 FOR THE INSTALLATION OF LANDSCAPE MATERIAL WITHIN THE
 ALABAMA AVENUE RIGHT-OF-WAY. ****THE ENGINEERING
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT HAS DETERMINED THAT IT IS TOO
 PREMATURE TO ISSUE A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT SINCE THE
 ACTUAL RIGHT-OF-WAY WORK IS NOT SET TO BEGIN UNTIL THE
 CONSTRUCTION IS FURTHER ALONG.****
  
 2) PROVISO: THE IMPROVEMENTS AND LANDSCAPING SHOWN
 OUTSIDE OF THE PARCEL BOUNDARIES REQUIRE A RIGHT-OF-WAY
 PERMIT PRIOR TO THE FINAL INSPECTION (104) APPROVAL FOR
 THE GARAGE.
  
 3) PROVISO: STAFF ONLY COUNTS 83 NOT 85 COMPACT PARKING
 SPACES AS LISTED ON THE PARKING TABLE ON SHEET GA0.01.
 PRIOR TO THE FINAL ZONING INSPECTION OF THE GARAGE,
 THIS SHEET SHALL ACCURATELY REFLECT THE NUMBER OF
 REGULAR, ADA AND COMPACT SPACES PROVIDED IN THE GARAGE.
  
 4) PROVISO: INSUFFICIENT INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED ON
 THE PROPOSED CABLE GUARDRAILS WITH FABRIC SCREEN. THESE
 ELEMENTS ARE NOT APPROVED AS PART OF THE ZONING
 APPROVAL. AT THE CURRENT TIME ZONING IS ONLY APPROVING
 THE USE OF A SOLID WALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITY
 COMMISSION APPROVAL. NO PHOTOS WERE PROVIDED AS
 REQUIRED ON THE PREVIOUS PERMIT REVIEW AS TO THE
 AESTHETICS OF THE PROPOSED SCREENING, NOR WAS
 INFORMATION PROVIDED AS TO THE ABILITY TO BLOCK
 HEADLIGHT GLARE AS REQUIRED BY THE MINOR AMENDMENT
 COMMENTS. THE FINAL CONDITION OF THE SECOND FLOOR WALL
 SHALL BE RESOLVED ON REVISED PLANS PRIOR TO THE FIRST
 INSPECTION FOR THE GARAGE.
  
 5) PROVISO: SHEET GA12.01 SHALL BE REVISED PRIOR TO THE
 FINAL PARKING INSPECTION TO INCLUDE WHEEL STOPS AT THE
 HEAD OF ALL SPACES WHICH HAVE A WALL, COLUMN OR OTHER
 STRUCTURAL ELEMENT IN FRONT OF IT (EXCLUDING THE PIPES
 PROTECTED BY BOLLARDS) AND DETAILS FOR THE COMPACT
 PARKING SPACES.
  
 6) PROVISO: ZONING HAS NOT APPROVED THE SPECIFIC LIGHT
 FIXTURES AND THEIR LOCATION UNDER THE CANOPIES. THE
 LIGHT FIXTURES REQUIRE APPROVAL AS A REVISION TO THIS
 PERMIT PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
  
 7) SEPARATE PERMITS, WITH PLANS, ARE REQUIRED FOR THE
 FOLLOWING:
  
 A. ROOF CANOPIES
 B. SITE LIGHTING
 C. LANDSCAPE
 D. BICYCLE RACKS
 E. IRRIGATION
  
 8) THE WORK RELATING TO THE PRIVATE DRIVE REQUIRES A
 SEPARATE DRIVEWAY PERMIT, WITH PLANS.
