 TO REJECT A 4 INCH SPHERE. PLEASE PROVIDE AT WHAT
 CENTERS THE CABLE WILL NEED TO BE, CENTER TO CENTER ON
 POST AND AT WHAT TENSION IT WILL TAKE TO KEEP THE
