 SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE HALL WAY BETWEEN THE COUNSELING OFFICE AND THE
 DOCTORS OFFICE THE PLANS INDICATE A HALL WAY WIDTH OF
 3'-8" WIDE. THERE IS A 6 INCH OFFSET IN THE CORRIDOR
 WALL INCREASING THE WIDTH TO 4'-2" WHERE TOLIET ROOMS
 ARE LOCATED. WHEN MEASURING THE ROOM WITH A SCALE THEY
 MEASURE 6'-6", PLEASE REVIEW SHEET A2 THIS DETAIL
 MEASURES A 7'-0" INTERIOR MEASUREMENT. DISCREPANCY IN
 PLANS.107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 2) ALL THREE TOLIET ROOMS ARE INDICATED TO HAVE ALL NEW
 WALLS, PLEASE REVIEW THE 2010 FL ACCESIBILITY CODE IN
 REGUARDS TO
 604.3.1 SIZE.
 CLEARANCE AROUND A WATER CLOSET SHALL BE 60 INCHES
 (1525 MM) MINIMUM MEASURED PERPENDICULAR FROM THE SIDE
 WALL AND 56 INCHES (1420 MM) MINIMUM MEASURED
 PERPENDICULAR FROM THE REAR WALL.
 604.3.2 OVERLAP.
 THE REQUIRED CLEARANCE AROUND THE WATER CLOSET SHALL BE
 PERMITTED TO OVERLAP THE WATER CLOSET, ASSOCIATED GRAB
 BARS, DISPENSERS, SANITARY NAPKIN DISPOSAL UNITS, COAT
 HOOKS, SHELVES, ACCESSIBLE ROUTES, CLEAR FLOOR SPACE
 AND CLEARANCES REQUIRED AT OTHER FIXTURES, AND THE
 TURNING SPACE. NO OTHER FIXTURES OR OBSTRUCTIONS SHALL
 BE LOCATED WITHIN THE REQUIRED WATER CLOSET CLEARANCE.
  
 3) THE WIDTH OF THE CORRIDOR AND DOOR SWING IS ALSO A
 CONCERN, THE NEED TO COMPLY WITH FBC-B 008.1.9.11
 DURING ITS SWING, ANY DOOR IN A MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL
 LEAVE UNOBSTRUCTED AT LEAST ONE HALF OF THE REQUIRED
 WIDTH OF AN AISLE, CORRIDOR, PASSAGEWAY, OR LANDING,
 NOR PROJECT MORE THAN 7 INCHES (178 MM) INTO THE
 REQUIRED WIDTH OF AN AISLE, CORRIDOR, PASSAGEWAY OR
 LANDING, WHEN FULLY OPEN.
 THE MINIMUM CORRIDOR WIDTH FOR THIS OCCUPANT LOAD WOULD
 BE 36+18= 54 INCHES.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL
 LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH
 A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE
 SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE
 FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR
