 1) SHEET 1 INDICATES A NEW EGRESS CORRIDOR 4'-1" WIDE
 THE MINIMUM REQUIRED WIDTH FOR EGRESS IS 4'-6" 2010
 FBC-B 1008.1.9.11 DURING ITS SWING, ANY DOOR IN A MEANS
 OF EGRESS SHALL LEAVE UNOBSTRUCTED AT LEAST ONE HALF OF
 THE REQUIRED WIDTH OF AN AISLE, CORRIDOR, PASSAGEWAY,
 OR LANDING, NOR PROJECT MORE THAN 7 INCHES (178 MM)
 INTO THE REQUIRED WIDTH OF AN AISLE, CORRIDOR,
 PASSAGEWAY OR LANDING, WHEN FULLY OPEN. THIS SAME
 DIMENSION IS REQUIED UNDER THE 2010 FLORIDA
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE SEE FIGURE 404.2.4.1 (I).
  
 2) PLEASE REVIEW THE REAR DOOR VERSES WHERE THE
 ACCESIBLE RAMP STARTS TO DECLINE. 2010 FLORIDA
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE SEE FIGURE 404.2.4.1 (I) REQUIRES 24
 INCHES CLEAR SPACE BEFORE THE START OF THE RAMP. THE
 SECOND ISSUE IS THE RAMP IS 44 INCHES WIDE, IN
 REVIEWING THE REQUIRED WIDTH TO MAKE A TURN AT THE DOOR
 FIGURE 404.2.4.1(I) REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF 54" CHANGE OF
 DIRECTION FOR RAMPS REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF 60 INCHES SEE
 405.7.4.
  
 3) THE BACK RAMP DOES NOT SHOW A CODE COMPLIANT BOTTOM
 LANDING SEE 2010 FL ACC CODE 405.7.3 ,
  
 4) THE BACK RAMP WILL ALSO NEED TO PROVIDE HANDRAISL
 SINCE IT IS OVER 6 FEET LONG. 2010 FL ACC CODE 405.8
 HANDRAILS. RAMP RUNS WITH A RISE GREATER THAN 6 INCHES
 (150 MM) SHALL HAVE HANDRAILS COMPLYING WITH 505. 505.2
 WHERE REQUIRED. HANDRAILS SHALL BE PROVIDED ON BOTH
 SIDES OF STAIRS AND RAMPS. 505.3 CONTINUITY., 505.4
 HEIGHT., 505.10 HANDRAIL EXTENSIONS. & 505.10.1 TOP,
 BOTTOM EXTENSION AT RAMPS AND EDGE PROTECTION 405.9.
  
 5) THE FRONT RAMP:
 5A) THE PLANS ARE NOT INDICATING COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 REQUIED BOTTOM LANDING SEE 2010 FL ACCESS CODE 405.7.3
 ,
  
 5B) THE PLANS ONLY SHOW A HANDRAIL ON THE EXTERIOR SIDE
 OF THE RAMP, HANDRAILS & EDGE PROTECTION WILL BE
 REQUIRED FOR BOTH SIDES OF THE PROPOSED RAMP.
 2010 FL ACCESS CODE 505.2 WHERE REQUIRED. HANDRAILS
 SHALL BE PROVIDED ON BOTH SIDES OF STAIRS AND RAMPS.
 505.3 CONTINUITY., 505.4 HEIGHT., 505.10 HANDRAIL
 EXTENSIONS. & 505.10.1 TOP, BOTTOM EXTENSION AT RAMPS
 AND EDGE PROTECTION 405.9.
  
 5C) THE PLANS INDICATE THE TOP LANDING BEING 7'-2 "
 WIDE. THE 2010 FBC-B 1010.5.1. THE CLEAR WIDTH OF A
 RAMP BETWEEN HANDRAILS, OR OTHER PERMISSIBLE
 PROJECTIONS SHALL BE 36 INCHES (914 MM) MINIMUM. WITH
 THE WIDTH OF THE HANDRAILS AND THE REQUIRED DISTANCE TO
 SET THE RAILING FROM THE EDGE WILL BE GREATER THAN THE
 PROPOSED 7'-2".
  
 5D) THE PLAN DOES NOT PROVIDE THE DISTANCE FROM THE
 BUILDING TO THE SIDE OF THE RAMP. WITH THIS AS A
 UNKNOWN AND THE PLANS ALSO ARE MISSING THE PROJECTION
 FROM THE BUILDING FOR THE TOP LANDING. THE MANEUVERING
 CLEARANCES FOUND ON THE 2010 FL ACCESS CODE FIGURE
 FIGURE 404.2.4.1(E) A MINIMUM OF 42 INCHES PST THE DOOR
 WILL BE REQUIRED, AS WELL AS THE REQUIREMENT FOR CHANGE
 OF DIRECTION 495.7.4.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL
 LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH
 A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE
 SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE
 FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR
