 1) THE LANDSCAPE LAYOUT FOR THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE
 SITE HAS BEEN MODIFIED FROM THE ORIGINAL APPROVALS AND
 NO LONGER HAS TREES EVERY 30 FEET AS REQUIRED BY THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 2) WHAT IS WITHIN THE FENCED ENCLOSURE IN THE NORTHWEST
 CORNER OF SHEET LP-6? IF IT IS ABOVEGROUND MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT, IT SHALL BE SCREENED. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT
 CHAIN LINK FENCING IS NOT PERMITTED. ADDITIONALLY, WHAT
 APPEARS TO BE THE PAVED DRIVE TO THE ENCLOSURE IS
 LABELED "SOD".
  
 3) THE PLANS SHOW LANDSCAPE AREAS THAT WERE ALSO SHOWN
 ON THE PHASE 1 PERMIT - WEST SIDE OF ACCESS DRIVE A AND
 ALONG PALM BEACH LAKES BOULEVARD. PLEASE ONLY INCLUDE
 INSTALLATIONS THAT WERE NOT PREVIOUSLY INSPECTED.
