 1ST ELECTRICAL PLAN REVIEW
 ACTION: DENIED
  
 1) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED. PROVIDE ELECTRICAL
 PLANS THAT INDICATE ALL ELECTRICAL CIRCUTRY REQUIRED
 FOR ANY ALETERATION TO POWER OR LIGHTING.
  
 2) ALL EXTERIOR LIGHTING NOT EXEMPTED BY 505.1 SHALL
 HAVE AUTOMATIC CONTROLS TO TURN OFF AT DAYLIGHT OR WHEN
 NOT REQUIRED. CONTROLS SHALL BE PHOTOSENSOR & TIME
 CLOCK OR ASTRONOMICAL TIME SWITCH. FBC-E 505.2.4
  
 3) PLEASE INDICATE COMPLIANCE WITH FBC-ENERGY.
 ELECTRICAL POWER AND LIGHTING SYSTEMS. (MANDATORY)
 SECTION 505
 A) INTERIOR LIGHTING CONTROLS. EACH AREA ENCLOSED BY
 WALLS OR FLOOR-TO-CEILING PARTITIONS SHALL HAVE AT
 LEAST ONE CONTROL DEVICE TO INDEPENDENTLY CONTROL THE
 GENERAL LIGHTING WITHIN THE SPACE. EACH MANUAL DEVICE
 SHALL BE READILY ACCESSIBLE AND LOCATED SO THE
 OCCUPANTS CAN SEE THE CONTROLLED LIGHTING. 505.2.1
 B) BUILDINGS LARGER THAN 5000SQ.FT. SHALL BE EQUIPPED
 WITH AN AUTOMATIC CONTROL DEVICE TO SHUT OFF LIGHTING
 IN THOSE AREAS. THIS AUTOMATIC CONTROL DEVICE SHALL
 FUNCTION ON EITHER;
 1) A SCHEDULED BASIS, USING TIME OF DAY, WITH AN
 INDEPENDENT PROGRAM SCHEDULE THAT CONTROLS THE INTERIOR
 LIGHTING IN THE AREAS THAT DO NOT EXCEED 25000SQFT AND
 ARE NOT MORE THAN ONE FLOOR; OR
 2) AN OCCUPANT SENSOR THAT SHALL TURN LIGHTING OFF
 WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF AN OCCUPANT LEAVING A SPACE; OR
 3) A SIGNAL FROM ANOTHER CONTROL OR ALARM SYSTEM THAT
 INDICATES THE AREA IS UNOCCUPIED. 505.2.2,
 C) PROVIDE A LIGHTING DENSITY SUMMARY ON THE PLAN
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE FBC ENERGY 505.5.3
